“We were delighted with the service received at Peter Vardy Car store. So impressed with the service, Id like to become a member of your friendly sales team. I was particularly impressed with Lisa Maguire's customer service, she was very patient with my father (Gerry Donnelly), as he meticulously looked at other cars at the dealership. She also fulfilled her promise to have the stone chips repaired on the bonnet that dad found. She was very friendly, hassle free, no pressure sale tactics. I cannot recommend her high enough. I could not be happier with the service received by everyone at the Branch. Especially when the admin team pointed out that dad had sent too much money for the car by bank transfer and were quick to have this £1750 over payment resolved. “Sales team were very good but after sales have let you down badly. Trying to get information on putting on my private number plate took me three days of phone calls and I was given the wrong information about needing an appointment to get the job done by your workshop. I would have given Lisa McGuire 5 stars if the review was just on her performance but I feel a bit let down by the rest of the service I received. On the day of collection for my car I had an appointment and I was kept waiting for over an hour past that appointment time as the girl who was dealing with the handover was on a training course. There was also a scuff on the rear driver side door that had been pointed out but was not repaired i do have an appointment to get this rectified but it means I need to take time off work to bring the car back and I am told I will need to pay an admin fee to get a courtesy car for an issue that should have been sorted before I even picked the car up.”

“Sorry not for me! Went to see a particular car and was left hanging around for nearly half an hour and then told the car had not yet arrived and the guy walked off. Full of kids and noise. Big mistake by me not to be repeated.”

“went in expecting the usual hussle car buying experience and was really surprised. very very friendly staff, my daughter was even given ice cream from the ice cream van in store. Dealt with a girl Lisa who went above and beyond. Great store and a great team.”

“Michel McGuire was every professional and called me back after 4 attempts to buy a car with no call back from the original sales man who was on honeymoon but th is was an office error. The sale off this car was due to Michaels call and helpful manner or i may have took my custom to an other garage. Thanks a gain Michael.”

“Tried to fob me off with an Audi which was full of scratches, dirty and smelly. Failed to match their supposed offer. Failed to communicate true costs. Failed to find suitable car. Failed to communicate at all levels. Failed to satisfy and failed to deliver. I am really disappointed with PV level of service.”

“Bought a used car from here. Was greeted with a warm welcome,which makes all the difference.Polite,not pushy sales team,great selection of cars.Stuart Fraser sales executive was very helpful and knowledgeable.After I choosed the car the next day was ready to go-lot of effort has been made by Peter Vardy Carstore.A few issues with the break system showed up after drove home but Stuart and Martin from the service department was organised a free check at my local service,so all good.Very happy to deal with them,very recommend Carstore Glasgow for everyone!”

“I visited the Glasgow carstore after looking around at another shop. I was met by Daniel and told him what I was looking for and what I had seen elsewhere. He went above my expectations and found me my perfect car. Absolutely perfect condition and not a mark on it. As were all their cars in the showroom and yard. When it came to picking it up and paying, it was quick and simple and was on the road with my new car in no time. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit as you won't be disappointed. I can't thank Daniel enough, he is a great salesman who takes the time to listen and not rush you into buying anything unlike some of the other car shops I've been to.”

“Car was picked up with rear reverse light and brake light warning on dash! Told it will be fully serviced but when I checked oil it didn’t look very fresh. Boot does not close automatically and now I have to hand it back to get it fixed. Also screen wash jets don’t hit windscreen. I was also told it would have a 141 point check done on car”
