“Great environment (compared to other retailers). Vehicles all being unlocked and being left alone to have a look is definitely the preferred option - again other retailers having staff waiting to swoop down like vultures when you step off the lot is really uncomfortable.”

“As we were picking up car noticed that it was in my name. When we first came in said it would be my daughter's name on car mine on finance as she is 17. Wasn't a problem... this definitely a training issue”

“Graham who was helping me get my car couldn't be more helpful. We looked at various options to check affordability. And when we couldn't get the initial car I wanted due to my credit rating. Graham bent over backwards trying to get me a decent car deal. Alex was very welcoming and helpful in getting me to my car when the day came to pick up the vehicle.”

“Salesman delivered on promise of mending bodywork prior to purchase. On the day of picking up the car I was waiting a long time before the paperwork etc was finalised. This would've been a 4 or 5 star if I hadn't needed to fix something with the car myself.”
