“Made very welcome at the car store. Roger our sales executive was very helpful and took his time to go through all the options with no pressure. Picking up the car a few days later was also a great experience. We will be back in the future for another car.”

“"All of the employees I came into contact with were very helpful and friendly, especially Chris Doak who I had most of my dealings with. I felt he was very honest and trustworthy during my search for a new car & even went that extra mile to make sure I was 100% happy with the car before I purchased it. He was able to answer any qieries I had and even gave me a courtesy call a few weeks later to make sure I had everything I needed. All in all it was my best car buying experience yet & will definately be recommending Peter Vardy to family members and friends... if I could buy a new car from Peter vardy everyday I would! "”

“When we first arrived at Carstore Glasgow with my 2 children everyone made us feel welcome. It's a very family friendly atmosphere. Things went wrong after I filled out the paperwork for credit. The Sales Rep put in the wrong address and I was originally declined. I contacted the creditors and sorted it all out. Then when I looked at the Vehicle Order form I noticed a lot of discrepancies on the form. For example the Basic Price was a lot higher than what I was told and there were add-ons that I didn't want or ask for. It was a difference of £865. When I got to take the car home the Valet went OTT with some sort of oil and driver's side footwell was so greasy I had to get a bit of paper to stop me sliding. When we were looking at buying the car I was told that the car had Bluetooth, heated front seats and heated steering wheel. When we got the car home and looked at the Manuel and the car we found out the car didn't have any of these. I was also told that I would get an email to claim a free mini break. Still waiting.........”

“From the minute we entered until we left we were given an outstanding service. John could not have been more helpful and very knowledgeable. The customer service department was also outstanding and I would highly recommend, John Drummond he is an excellent salesman. We didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever and the whole experience was quick and smooth.”

“Customer service is second to none. No hard sell. I traded in my old car for the new one. It was seemless and a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. This is my second car with Peter Vardy. I'll definitely be back. Many thanks especially to Daniel Steven. He went above and beyond.”

“I visited the Hillington Peter Vardy store to buy my first car and was happy to see that an old school friend, Ryan Porterfield was a salesman there. I dont know much about cars and he helped me out and stuck to my budget, he also showed me cars that had just come into the store and hadn't been done up yet. I ended up buying a corsa SE and I absolutely love it! I can't thank the Peter vardy staff enough especially Ryan and his manager Stephen who both made me feel relaxed and not doing the "hard sell" that I have experienced in other car places.”

“"Went to pick up my car and was told they didn't have the V5 and couldn't tax the car , after numerous phone calls not once did I get a phone call back , whoever is in charge of customer service needs sacked . \r\nEventually I was offered a 7 day holiday in Spain as compensation for my hassles but again Peter Vardy outdone itself as I'm still waiting for the voucher , I wouldn't recommend Peter Vardy to anyone in fact just get the bus before buying a car here , utterly useless. "”

“The customer service I received from your member of staff Lisa was unbelievable amazing! I honestly can’t praise her enough I have never ever met a more helpful individual than herself! She went over and beyond to make me feel welcome and for me able to walk out with my ST! I certainly will be back and I will recommend Lisa to anyone and I certainly will be asking for Lisa the next time am back buying a car! Best car service I have ever had!! Thank you again Lisa!!”
