Friendly, attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with every aspect of my car purchase. In the past I have felt pressurised in other dealerships. I did not feel that with Peter Vardy. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure that I was thoroughly satisfied. A much more pleasurable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Peter Vardy to family and friends.

Roger provided excellent sales Service and looked after me very well. He found me exactly the car I wanted and provided EXCELLENT after sales. I would like say that the after sales team are far too overloaded and were not able to complete the sale as requested. The day I had arranged to pick up the car seemed to come as a surprise to the team. I didn't receive a phone call to make sure all was in order even though Roger had put it all in place. My plans for the Easter weekend therefore had to be changed as it was dependent on having my car in operation. Roger delivered the car at 4:30 which was already 5 hours behind what had been arranged. Not only that, it was not cleaned well at all, was dirty inside and had to be sent back to be properly worked on. I came to Peter Vardy from the recommendation of Anna Vardy's sister who is a very close friend, with the hope that we would use the car store in future. As you can tell, the transaction after the purchase was not ideal at all.

Recently went into CarStore in Hillington just for a look around however after speaking to the sales manager Alistair he assured me that my situation could be sorted, as I had negative equity with my current car, he then directed us to Alan McMillan who sold me my new car in which I am delighted with! He was excellent from the get go and was able to answer any questions if I had them, he also reassured me when I had any queries and worries, I picked the car on Sunday and drove it home for the Wednesday! This was incredibly fast and I was so happy with this. No usual salesman techniques used! No pouncing on potential buyers! Alan was down to earth and I felt no pressure whatsoever - an asset to Peter Vardy Car store! .. also Andi the handover girl was also excellent in answering any questions I had on the day of pick up!

Cars well displayed, no pressure to buy, efficient delivery. Altogether very nice shopping experience, hassle free.

My whole experience from start to finish was dealt with very efficiently as it has always been done . Staff are very friendly and make shopping for a car a very relaxed and pleasant experience. ( This is why we keep coming back )

Ryan who sold us the car was superb, couldn't have asked for better!! But the after sales team leaves a lot to be desired! We picked up the car on Thursday 30th march, we noticed a scratch on the front of the car and were told that there was no sd card for the sat nav and we only received a spare key! Nicola did the handover and she said that Ryan would sort it all out and be in touch as these things were part of your guarantee which was fine! On Friday 31st march, we noticed a bubble in the front tyre so rang the dealership straight away and left a message for the after sales team but got no reply! We rang the after sales team again first thing on Saturday 1st April and left another messsge to advise them of the tyre and the other issues, again, we got no reply! Ryan rang me with a a courtesy call to see how the car was and was horrified to learn the problems as he knew nothing about them! I feel that communication is not something which is key in the organisation!! Ryan did ring me back and told me not to drive the car and to bring it straight in on Monday morning as the service department do not work on a Saturday! So not only did we have an issue, we could not drive the car the whole weekend!! On Monday morning my fiancée took the car in and was told that the compressor was not working and therefore had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get a tyre changed and the scratch fixed! Who knew that you could not change a tyre the old fashioned way! Since Monday 3rd April, I have personally rang the office to ask the status of our key and the sd card and after 4 times, I received absolutely no response!! Only today 10th April have I had a response to advise that they are on order! I appreciate that you and your staff may not know exactly when the items may arrive but the fact that we received no response says to me that as soon as you sign the paperwork you are no longer a concern!! This was the second car we have bought from the car store as the first experience we had was fantastic but after this time, my goodness, it will be the last!! I am the commercial manager for a local manufacturing business working with our key customers and if I treated them the way I have been treated, I would no longer be in a job! I feel that the biggest interest the staff had was getting the car out before month end as opposed to making sure it was suitable to sell!! I can't speak highly enough of Ryan, everything he said he would do, he did but the after sales care has been quite frankly pathetic!! I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience! Robbie was very friendly helpful and patient, he listened to my circumstances and was able to sort me a cracking deal. He was helpful the whole way through the finance application and kept in touch to let me know what was going on.

I travelled 40 miles from Alloa and it wasn't a waste of time. First class service , no hard sell , very efficient and friendly Special thanks to Michael and Calum. Oh, and I nearly forgot ,a fabulous showroom

No pressure sales staff were easy to deal with and very helpful to the point of bringing a car off display ramps outside and bringing the vehicle inside the showroom for me to look at..great experience

The people are very welcoming, as soon as I walked in, the receptionist made me feel like I'm important. And the staff are very helpful and they don't just say stuff coz you want to hear it, they actually help you and give you advice regarding on what you are looking for. A special thanks to Hugh for helping me getting my first car! They are very professional in what they do, they know everything there has to know about your car. Very pleased with my car and the service I got. Thank you Peter Vardy Car Store!

Charity donation or admin fee was not mentioned at anytime (mis sold?) & would liked to be given choice to pay them & £40 diesel in cash rather than included in finance.
