“Very attentive advisor who made my very stressful car finding experience easy. Didn’t use your stereotypical car salesman approach and listened to my needs. I walked out with the car I was looking for with the price that was within my budget. A first for me but will not be the last in using PV.”

“Michael helped me with my purchase in a professional, knowledgeable manner making the process go smoothly. Michael went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the purchase and everything was to my satisfaction. When collecting my new car the experience was made better by Michael being involved and continuing to ensure everything was as I wished, he also called a couple of days later to ensure there were no problems. You do not buy from the CarStore and feel like a number it is was a very personal experience where I was made to feel as a valued customer by Michael - will definitely seek his help for my next purchase. The hostess girls are very accommodating ensuring your needs are met always with a smile.”

“Lisa was awesome got me the car I wanted at the right price and it was all done quickly and was driving again for Christmas. Everyone from Lia in handover to the hostesses and all the staff at the Carstore were great. Would and have definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“Not too happy waiting for almost an hour to pickup the car. Seemed quite sexist as several male sales people had little to do and the women did the admin/handover. We were not kept informed as to the reason for the delay just left to our own devices until we asked what the problem was.”
