“From start to finish had great service from Ryan in sales went that extra mile for myself even managed to get my wheels the way I wanted them would highly recommended Peter vardy and if you would like great service go to Ryan in sales”

“I was impressed by the way the sales agents worked together. This meant that I didn't feel harassed at any point during my purchase. Michael the salesman that delt with us promised that your prices were among the lowest and with some investigation on my part into the type of car and year was proved correct. Overall I would definitely return once I am ready to purchase a new car.”

“"Sales woman was lovely and very helpful however some information not 100% clear. Got told that the manager would make my time worthwhile getting my deposit early before the end of the month, however I did not see how he did. The car is great and runs well."”

“Bought an audi A3 convertable from peter vardy carstore, salesman john drummond was 1st class, after a wee delay in bank clearance we couldn't take car home that night so john drove it through to edinburgh himself next again day,, top man thanks”

“The salesman roger scullion was excellent and very helpful also the girl at the handover Laura was extremely helpful both of these people were very informed and very professional but whoever did the so called 141 point check missed cig lighter and tools missing and both rear tyres are just above the legal limit so I am going to have to fork out for two new tyres eventually the car i traded in was complete and in excellent condition”

“I really liked the experience of car shopping with Peter Vardy. Very friendly and helpful salesman who listened completely to cater to my needs. The non-hassle approach won me over BUT, after care has now really let me down.. I chose vardy over Arnold Clark as I didn't particularly have a great after care in the past however, I'm finding the Peter vardy aftercare is seriously affecting my experience! Issues all started from handover/me picking up my new car!! Damaged seat which was patched up despite my doubts at the time.. Still not resolved a week later - having to wait almost another 2 weeks with an inconvenient time for me to try and get back to the car store once again to try and fix this problem AND experienced rubbish in-store attitude for the 1st time today. *update*.. RATING TAKEN DOWN TO ONE STAR AS DESPITE LEAVING 2 MESSAGES IN STORE ANAD EMAIL TO HEAD OFFICE- IM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK!!! Meanwhile my car seat is still dangerous and start/stop is only working intermittently!! Salesman contacted me regarding bad review as said they are penalised for this- I have to add the salesmen are nice but after care is a complete sham!!!”

“Never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. Michael our salesman made us feel very welcome and comfortable through the whole experience. Andi doing the handover was also great and topped off the whole process nicely! Lovely staff.”
