“This is the 3rd car I've purchased from Peter vardy and yes I don't feel I was pressured into buy my latest car very happy with the sales team yes I wanted more but we both have to comprise and was happy when the figures and deal was put and explained yo myself for the salesman Ryan the guy did a good job had to explain a few things to me which was appreciated and he did mention a few times and the saying about what Peter vardy try to do not to force you to buy a car but mainly trying to look out for the best for the customer which he did with myself. I like to thank him for the way he dealt with myself cheers. David Smith”

“The service I received from the moment I stepped inside your showroom till the day I picked up my new car deserves the 5 stars that I gave on this review From salesman to handover team everything was handled perfectly This is my 3rd car purchase from Peter Vardy and if they keep up the service it won’t be my last”

“Changing car can sometimes be a hassle but I can honestly say I was very happy with my recent first time experience at Peter Vardy, Hillington. I was dealt with by Chris Mitchell and he was very pleasant and efficient. I was offered a fair price for my old vehicle and we concluded a deal quickly. At all points after that he was most helpful as was the young lady who handed over the car to me a week later. She even arranged my refund of road tax which I quickly received.”

“When I came to pick up the car, the car wheel rims were greasy and dirty and had to be cleaned. However the young lady who dealt with this was excellent. the service book was not stamped with the service and I had to phone to check the service had been done, then bring it back to be stamped. When My husband spoke to them re their online deal, they didn’t know about the supaguard deal which they advertised online, which was supposed to give you 40 litres of free fuel if you took the deal, my husband had to tell them about it, but they improved their offer due to this.”

“The salesman George Kilday and the handover Lesley Bradshaw were great. Trying to actually speak to somebody when you phone was a nightmare. You get through to Call Centre ok but they can never get an answer at the garage. Had to resort to email and even that was slow. Also my car had no log book and no hand book despite only being 15 months old. Lesley did make efforts to track these items down however I eventually had to buy them myself from the internet costing £15.”

“This is the 3rd car we have bought from Perer Vardy and when time comes would go back for next car. I like the way the showroom is set out and the coffee van is an added touch. Jodie was my sales advisor and was knowledgeable and as well as very helpful working all different options available”

“Conner who dealt with our sale was very helpful and not too pushy. Purchase went smoothly. Car was spotless and in great condition when we went to pick it up. No issues at all. Felt welcome from entering the store to collecting our new car!!! All staff made a point of saying hello and chatting.”

“I purchased my car on 04/07. The car showroom was fine however I turned up and was told I couldn’t test drive any cars due to being under 21, had this been communicated with me before I wouldn’t have been so let down. The staff were nice and the restrictions in place due to Covid were good. After purchasing my car, I wasn’t advised of the after-sale process, so I waited for a call from the sales rep that I purchased it from. However I got no call, and when I tried to call him I got no answer or response. I then contacted the main showroom and I was directed to the After-Sales team (which I didn’t know existed), who then told me I had additional finance agreement paperwork to fill out. I didn’t mind doing this however again, if I had been told in advance I would’ve had this done so I could get my preferred collection date. I then organised to visit the showroom to collect my car the following Wednesday, however I had to wait for an hour before any member of staff came to speak to me. Eventually, Zoe helped me get my car and I was really pleased with how effectively she dealt with me and how helpful she was. I think the after sale service is absolutely rubbish in terms of communication. There was also a problem where the tyre pressure sensor came on at the showroom, I flagged this to the sales rep and was told it would be fixed, however it is still showing as a warning light in my car. I spoke to David on 21/07, who I believe is in the service team, and he was helpful and directed me to the best place to get help! However I’m so disappointed that this wasn’t looked into before I collected my car”

“I recently bought a used car from Peter Vardy one of the biggest purchases of my life from the moment I entered the store the front desk staff were very professional and pleasant I was asked if I would participate in a Covid Temperature screening and was told I was clear to enter the store. I was introduced to a salesman called Connor who asked what I was looking for, I explained I was only looking, he was not forceful in any way and he showed me to the SUV range and left me alone to look, within minutes I spotted a car and asked for the keys Connor was very knowledgeable about the car and that impressed me I then had a change of mind and asked for the keys of an other car which was a range rover and looked very well presented in the show room. After buying the car and getting it home I had one slight problem with it, I called Conner on his mobile as he had given me that in case anything went wrong and he went right out of his way to come to help me in Clydebank with a fuel issue which later became a little embarrassing on my part as the fuel tank was completely full but I had called saying I could not get any further fuel in the tank (It was confusing because when you looked at the gauge it was difficult to tell if the tank was full and it looked like it was showing empty when the tank was full, there is a locking mechanism which locks when tank is full hence why my fuel was over spilling onto forecourt while trying to top it up thinking it was empty. I would recommend Peter Vardy Hillington staff very professional - helpful and for the salesman to drive 7 miles to sort out the above was excellent, Connor thanks for the best car buying experience of all time highly recommended. 5 Stars *****”
