“Although I did drive away with my car it was not the car I chose initially.. the car that I first chose was not up to my standards both externally and interior. I was told my car was being transported and due for collection when in fact it had not been , this confusion cost me admin fees with my insurance company. Sean the sales man was pleasant efficient and apologetic on his return from his holiday . I can’t complain about the service he delivered. I was disappointed with the valet service. The first car that I had initially wanted to purchase was disgusting. I was insulted that anyone would think that I would accept that. I would not buy a car again that I have not seen on site . I think the whole situation was misfortunate but I would deal with the sales rep Sean .”

“Absolutely amazing customer experience, Craig from the sales team had outstanding skills in the department dealing with me on the purchase of my new vehicle, would give him 10/10 on the service he provided would definitely recommend to family and friends 100% happy with this , although the car wasn’t up to high standards with bumps and scrapes when I got it at the handover but over satisfied with everything els”

“Took too long to collect car, and mud guard wasn't fitted to back wheel. Cant open bonnet so waiting on call back. Communication in store could be better. Phoned to get told I would get phoned back which never happened either. But apart from that happy with my car.”

“We were assisted by John Black and we made his job a little harder by wanting to buy 2 cars. He spent a long time with us to try and help us get what we wanted at the right price. He listened to what was important to us and spent time getting to know us so he could help us better. He was extremely personable and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all the little things were covered. I would highly recommend Peter Vardy Glasgow as every person we met made us feel very welcome and everyone was very efficient. The kids enjoyed the experience too (especially the ice cream!). A definite 5 star experience.”
