“Car not ready when I was told it would be. Could never get a hold of the same person and poor communication between departments/people. Promised call backs and never received them. When we finally called and got a hold of them, we felt that one person in particular was bordering on rude and definitely unhelpful. Unfortunately the worst buying experience I’ve ever received anywhere, car or not.”
