“After finding a car online and having a viewing and test drive appointment made I turned up and met Allison and Caroline at the front desk. Throughout my 2 visits to the Hillington car store these 2 ladies were very helpful, sympathetic and interested in my experience. What a fantastic 1st impression they both made especially Allison 😀 Kind regards Carol Orr.”

“As soon as I entered the showroom Ross was there to greet me. This was my first experience in a car showroom and thought it would be daunting but Ross made me feel welcome. He told me about all of the different cars on offer and what would suit a first time driver , whilst also giving me the time and space to decide which car I liked.”

“Great showroom, very relaxed atmosphere. Felt really at ease and the staff were lovely. Chris Mitchell was very helpful, infomarmative and not pushy at all. There was a lot of information which was a little overwhelming but I still got a good deal after a few follow up phone calls. Overall I had a good experience and I would recommend the store.”

“We had a very easy experience in store with our sales man called Michael mcguire, explained everything very clearly and got us the best deal possible, then kept me updated with finance and when the car would be available for collection, he then went even further and got the car delivered to my home which was a very nice touch, all in all would recommend the car store in Glasgow and also Micheal, if I was to give a little criticism, was that I felt that upon arrival and being greeted with questions and names, then tagged, a little corporate but just my thoughts. Will. Be back again soon for my next car. Thanks”

“Chris Doak was assigned to help me when I walked into the Showroom. I was able to view all the cars on show without pressure from Chris, but he was available if I had questions. When I found a car I was interested in, he gave me all the information I needed, plus got my own car valued. I said I wanted to think about the car overnight and called the following day to arrange a test drive. Once I had driven the car, I told Chris I wanted to go ahead and buy the car. He made all the arrangements and told me what documents I should bring when I picked up the car. Jamie helped me with all the paperwork when I picked up my car. Both Chris and Jamie were professional, helpful and friendly and made the process of buying my car very easy.”
