“Good overall experience with the Peter Vardy Carstore at Hillington. We purchased a car and have been very happy with it. We've been called a couple of times to check up that everything is OK and we are pleased with it all. The reason we've only given 4 stars and not the full 5 stars is because the car we originally wanted to purchase was unavailable. This we didn't find out until we had test driven it and were in the final throes of paying for it when salesperson then realised it had been sold online previously. This of course was not our salespersons fault but the mistake lay with a colleague of his who didn't put a "sold" sticker on the car. It was very disappointing at the time but in the end we are delighted with the car we've bought.”

“Great experience from when we came into store till when we took delivery of car. Staff very helpful especially Kim giving information and advice without constantly following us around. We had test drive and delivery of car and unveiling was really special.”

“Firstly I found Grace to be excellent as my sales person and I'm happy with my car. I was struggling with the Ghost immobiliser on it and she even drove to my workplace to help me. A couple of things that I didn't appreciate were - 1. When I looked onto your website to see the car it advertised 3 years free servicing with the it. Once I done the deal I asked how the servicing worked as in do I bring the car to you or Audi? I was told by the finance person that my interest rate meant I didn't qualify? I was not happy as you can imagine as my APR was 8.9% so not exactly low. 2. It said on the car window sticker if I bought the car then I would get a package of goods worth £500 which I didn't receive on collection of the car. Someone called me yesterday to see how the car was and I've mentioned it to them, so hopefully they are going to sort it. 3. The sales manager came over when I was talking to Grace and said if I bought the car then he would give me a "wee sweetener" to help it across the line and again I received nothing. It just seems to me anything was said to sell the car and then I received nothing in the end up. If it wasn't for the car being as good as it is and very rare to come by I would probably have bought it somewhere else.”

“Firstly, the overall deal was decent. A wee bit more than I originally wanted to pay a month but only over budget by £12. First call we flagged up the car we liked and the Sales Manager ensured it was ringfenced for us. We called back but it was another manager who did the deal. Apologies that I have mislaid my notes with the names but these two individuals did a very good job. Pick up of the car went very smoothly so thanks. Minor quibble was car tyre pressure too low at pick up. Special thanks for the Marvel refund and instead giving the Holiday Accommodation option instead as we asked. COVID permitting it may come in handy. Again a good experience with your firm and if the Gods are kind we should see you again in 3-4 years. Hopefully by then more electric/hybrid vehicles will be available for selection and crucially at competitive prices.”
