“Really enjoyed my car buying experience here.Lots of cars to choose from,NO pushy sales people either. All staff were helpful and answered any queries i had.Very pleased with my purchase,special thankyou to jodie who dealt with everything.I will recomend peter vardy to my friends”

“Part of the deal was £500 cashback which I was told on Friday and Saturday when picking the car up that it would be in my bank on the Monday , it's now Wednesday and I have contacted the showroom twice but as yet nobody has gotten back to me . Another part of the deal was there was to be 6 months road tax put on the car and paid by yourselves , I noticed that on the agreement form when picking the car up that it had been added to my finance , I found this to be in bad taste and no explanation was given . Extremely disappointed !”

“Found the car I was looking for quite by accident, went to look at another model but was unimpressed with it. Wasn't presented well (hadn't been valeted and had some bodywork issues). The car I did purchase was in the showroom but not listed, apparently a sale had fallen through. Was quite happy to take it at the price offered subject to some minor details with the bodywork. Picked the car up 2 days later in pristine condition with a full years MOT.”

“After sales service is utterly appauling. Customers expect a little inconvenience when things go wrong with a car after a sale, but the aftersales department at PV carstore Glasgow cannot put things right, and in my case, made things worse.”

“Went to the Carstore with a good idea of what I did and didn’t want from my new car. Had a great selection of cars, and the staff were all very informative, friendly and approachable. Test drove a couple of cars and got a good deal on the car I chose. Very happy with the whole process.”

“Felt the staff were extremely helpful and attentive when in the show room looking to purchase a new car, however there was a severe lack of communication regarding when my car would be ready for collection. Collection of the car was also a nightmare - was kept waiting (sitting in my new car) for over an hour and a half with minimal updates from staff.”

“hi, i am from northern Ireland and I was looking to change my car. I was looking a audi a5 and with the help of Lisa Mc Maguire who very help fully offered to make me a video of the car in question showing me everything I had asked about. I cant thank peter Vardy enuf for having such help full staff like Lisa. she was fantastic. who even after I have got my car has even phoned to make sure everything was to my standard. thanks Lisa”
