“It was my first time buying my own car so I was a bit unsure of what to look for and how to go about the sale. Kelly was lovely and genuine and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She simplified terms for me and made everything easy to understand. I put down a deposit on the Saturday and drove the car home on the Monday night. Everything was very efficient and quick and Kelly and her other colleagues had good communication. Even though Kelly wasn’t there when I collected my car, she has since contacted me to ask how everything went. She gave fab service. Thanks again”

“I was lucky to have had Michael Payne help and support me throughout the process of purchasing my car from CarStore. He was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond at every opportunity from initial consultation to after sale support. Everyone I met at CarStore was friendly and approachable, especially to my 84 year old mum who is still talking about it! Thanks again.”

“Our third car from car store, all have been a good experience but this the best so far. Kelly our salesperson was as enthusiastic about the car as we were and it made the whole experience of getting a new car just that bit more fun.”

“Extremely disappointed to arrive to collect my new car to find the massive chip in the windscreen had not been replaced. Invoice not properly explained to me and left me having to ask questions of managers. Will not be recommending your company again nor will I purchase another car from you. Also extremely hard to get a hold of any sales personnel. Was left with no contact for five days between purchase and collecting of car. Horrendous experience.”

“Jamie was very friendly and helpful. Was more than happy to take the time to answer all my questions and let me view as many cars as I needed. Had great knowledge of all the cars I looked at and was able to make me feel at ease with my purchase. Explained all the paperwork and what it all meant. Very happy with the service I received. “Michael Payne was an excellent sales advisor. He didn’t pressure us into a sale and helped us understand if the car was right for our needs. We initially agreed a HP deal but then paid cash, the transition was smooth with the help of Steven Campbell and Michael. The car was pristine on collection.”
