The sales experience was good, but things fell apart after the handover. I discovered an item - a mismatched tyre - that had been agreed to be sorted as part of the deal hadn't been dealt with, and still hasn't been. I also discovered some paintwork and alloy refurb issues within 24 hours of the handover that I immediately communicated to Brian, the sales advisor. That was the last time I spoke with him. I have chased all of this up to just be passed to aftersales and the things are still not really close to getting sorted and I have had the car nearly 2 weeks. Communication has been very poor. I also bought the car in good faith expecting the specification to match the brand; this specifically relates to the alloys which the photos on the website show and match the originally spec as having diamond cut alloys. The alloys had been refurbished before I saw the car in person and they were done as a painted alloy. This change was not communicated to me and does not match the car advert I fell in love with.

Relaxed, no pressure sale. Michael was very friendly and helpful and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Would recommend Carstore Glasgow

Michael was helpful when buying the car. Unfortunately another salesman called the ‘numbers guy’ as he self-nominated himself was very unhelpful. He made the experience poor and made me feel pressured. He was acting as if he was offering me wonderful deals that were actually all the same. I actually chose not to buy the car that night due to pressure. Michael then helped me sort another car.

I paid my deposit for my car and received a call just about every day to pay the outstanding amount. I got my reveal and the car was supposed to have a wheel replaced and was not but also had been scraped since we saw it in the showroom. We had to have the car picked up to have repairs done and have parts put in the car which were missing. Not a great experience overall.

Very poor customer service. Bought a car and was supposed to receive a voucher for holiday. That was nearly 2 months ago, I’ve contacted them several times and keep getting fobbed off. It’s a case of false advertising!!

Before visiting Peter Vardy Car Store, I had no definite idea of what car I wanted. I had a few preferences but I arrived with an open mind, which was duly rewarded. I have always bought my cars new but having done almost 300,000 miles with my Jaguar and appreciating that good quality brands are built to last, I was prepared to forgive a higher mileage than I might have in the past. Also accepting that good brands promise to perform longer than ever, my options opened up even further. I settled on a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV which, frankly surprised me, as it was a car I had noted on many occasions but hadn’t really considered. I owned a Shogun many years ago and my wife drives an ASX so I didn’t need to be ’sold’ on the badge. That, at least, made it easier to consider but it was the standard of the vehicle and the quite superb, un-hurried, professional and friendly attitude of salesman, Bradley Maxwell which made the whole process so satisfying, and finds me, a week later, with zero percent ’buyer’s regret’. The sales process was smooth and faultless and covered every possible feature of the service offered from the sale itself to the promise if after sales support. I can’t praise young Bradley enough for his determination to see me find a car I would be happy with. I chose the Outlander, of course, but what was staggering was the vast choice across almost every vehicle size and configuration. From passing the Car Store on numerous occasions, I had expected choice, which was the prime reason for travelling over 40 miles, but I was not prepared for what I found. The very real choice was what I had hoped for but the reality exceeded all expectations. I can’t commend enough: the company; the Car Store itself; the excellent personal attention; and the final delivery. Anyone who is in the market for something special, should not consider missing out on the Peter Vardy Car Store. If you don’t find something to interest you, I wish you good luck elsewhere. You might need it.

From the first call on going for Finance I was made at ease and greeted by Lisa on the phone. From the moment I was granted Finance to going about choosing a car and leaving the store with a New car......I was made to feel important both by Lisa and Jamie. They both made sure all went smoothly. I am very delighted with my New Car. It was also nice to receive a call from both Lisa and Jamie the next day to see if I was happy with my car and that everything was ok xx

Excellent customer service and no questions seemed to much hassle. I never felt rushed which made me feel more comfortable. Kim gave me his 100% attention and he was really easy to talk to, he didn't come across as pushy or just after a sale like alot of salesmen do. Very happy with my visit and my car!!

I informed the salesman Brian that this was my sons first experience of buying a car and I wanted it to be a good experience. Brian was great and made sure the car was exactly as promised. We had a couple of admin issues but Barry the manager sorted this personally and apologised for the inconvenience.

The salesman Kim was ever so helpful nothing was too much for him gave us all the help we needed an more however on the day of picking car up it was kim’s Day off an the car had not been fixed all scratched an dents still there didn’t receive it the way we were told we wld I didn’t want to drive it away but was reassured that it would all get fixed up only reason I left with the vehicle as it was quite pricey to pick up with scraps here n there
