“Sold me a car that was in poor condition apparently so was then told it had to be taken to an auction. I then purchased another car from yourselves which had a few repairs that had to be done, was told they would be completed for when I picked car up, picked up car and none of the issues were fixed, sales advisor said he didn’t pass the correct paperwork through to the team. So it means I’m now having to take car back up to get them fixed which is an inconvenience. I did receive the Supagard treatment on my new vehicle as an extra due to the issues but still wasn’t overly happy with service I received.”

“The sales person was extremely helpful and professional . Everything was explained from start to finish. The attention paid to detail was excellent . Finance was arranged promptly and I had my new car handover promptly and at a time that suited me. There was also a follow up telephone call after the handover to ensure everything was ok and that I was happy with the car.”
