“Exceptionally poor communication from the moment I had signed my contract agreement. I constantly had to phone the company to get an update or just any idea what was going on. Phoned over and over and no one was ever available. I left messages with reception and no one got back to me. The only way I got any answers was going into the branch myself. Waited 4 weeks for a car when I was told it would be there in 3 days. Waited 3 and a half hours when picking up the car as it was not ready.”

“Recieved the car with a slow puncture in one of the tyres and one of the key fobs requires a battery change. Other than that good car and good salesman just let down by the finer details with the car”

“I was extremely satisfied with my visit to the Hillington car store. They couldn’t of helped me out more. I had a bad first experience buying my first car that put me right off getting into an agreement again. Peter Vardy ensured me every step of the way, aswell as going above and beyond with there customer service skills. Friendly, helpful advisors! The tag line for them fits well!! I am so so happy, outstanding customer service. I will happily recommend to others.”

“Happy with sales ....but car I bought s screen for music. Phone and data was not working . I asked for it to be fixed before I picked car up on Saturday ...to which it wasnt ....I told salesman I would phone sunday ....showroom was closed ....he said we will call you ....was sitting today Tuesday lunchtime ...year old car and still no screen for radio ....i called again ....and again ....eventually got booked into Vauxhall next Thursday 4th May to get this seen ....this is nearly 2 weeks since I picked my car up .....so I am a slight bit dissapointed.....understandingly so”

“From start to finish in buying my new car I felt comfortable and centre of the decision. At no point did I feel pressured into buying the car. Martyn took into account my personal financial circumstances, what I was looking for in a car and made me feel at ease when buying. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and very positive throughout. I am absolutely delighted with my new car and can't wait for the adventures it may take me on. I cannot rate CarStore Glasgow high enough!”
