“Made to feel welcome and dealt with quickly and friendly. The sales advisor Michael McGuire ensured that our experience was good one from start to finish and also had the patience with us when we were deciding on what car to buy for our Son's 18th birthday. He also followed up once we had taken delivery of the vehicle to check that everything was satisfactory with the car and made sure that if we had any queries to contact him personally and provided us with his own personal number for that purpose. He was very friendly and extremely helpful and we feel t hat he went the extra wee bit to ensure our purchase was an easy and good one.”

“Myself and family had a fantastic time choosing our new car at CarStore - my wee boy (2 and a half) was actually screaming because we had to leave, as he was having such brilliant fun. Barry our salesman couldn't do enough for us, made the whole process really smooth, and helped us choose a car which was perfect for our needs and our budget. We did have a look around elsewhere, but couldn't find anywhere else that had such great deals and such amazing service. The whole place seems to be totally set up to accommodate families, which was ideal as it kept our kids occupied while we dealt with the paper work when it was time to pick up our new car. That in itself was an experience, it was one surprise after another (I won't spoil it for you) lets just say I was left feeling really blown away. We drive by the car store all the time to visit my sister, and my little boy is desperate to go back in to visit Hamish (the doggy-car) as he calls it. He now has his own wee hamish soft toy that he takes to bed with him every night. All in all, fantastic service, great deals - and an awesome day out for the family. I will definitely be back for our next car, and will be telling all our friends to come along. Thanks to the whole team!”

“It was an open planned space, so you didn't feel too crowded. The first gentleman who had met me at the door was a bit to overbearing flinging prices,car types etc at me without listening to what I originally wanted. The second gentleman Darren was more calm and asked me what I wanted rather than telling me what I should have.”

“We recently purchased a 7 seater vehicle. The car arrived within days and there were a number of issues with our finance company, also coupled by the fact it was the Easter Weekend. Kelly was extremely efficent and kept us well informed all the way through the process. I was so impressed by the fact that Kelly, who works part-time, kept her phone on during her days off. She even returned my call on her day off, it was about 7pm, and I could her her baby in the background!! I was really impressed with this, outstanding service!!”

“Sale advisor (John) was fine, did his job well and I was happy until we bought the car. There was a problem with the clutch as soon as we drove the car home, has taken weeks to get this resolved, still not sorted. You sold me a faulty car and should be doing everything in your power to get this sorted quickly and with no hassle to myself. However it's been the exact opposite. None stop phone calls and trips to the store and I feel like once you have my money, you don't really care.”

“I love this place this is the second car I have purchased from here they make u feel so welcome they don't rush ur devotion, they are great with the kids and they answer all questions u have no matter how daft we might think they are . I absolutely love my car and I can't thank them enough for all the help they gave me 2 get it thanks robbie”
