“Waited over an hour to buy my car. Guy doing the paperwork then disappeared three times for about 10/15 minutes each time. Overall 90 minutes+ to give you over £5k. Also I'm still waiting for my V5 a month after purchase. The small V5 slip which I was given has me down as Alan Steel, my name is Andrew.”

“I was sorely disapointed when i picked up the s class mercedes benz and the interior as well as exterior surroundings were shabby to say the least the paintjob was pathetic and the carpets were totally unacceptably finished markedly stained vardy promised me after my test drive that the areas requiring attentio would be fixed on collection one week laterpromises promises got your dough youll have to go .on a brighter note the sales manager agreed with my right to feel let down due to poor quality and workmanship with the way the bumper has been painted. A car seat and carpet cleaning guy is coming to visit me tomorrow and i am still waiting on paul to contact me to bring the car in for a bit of panelbeating and bumper respray. I traded in an e class merc mint condition low miles and i thought that thrte would be come and go as you will make from the e class we will wait and hope. I bet theres no response to this.”

“Car was enquiried about on Sunday. Attended Hillington on Mon, provisionally did deal. Michael collected car from Dundee on Tues and deal was signed. Car collected on Thursday. First time dealing with P Vardy but would highly recommend. Well done.”

“They we’re very accommodating. Always friendly and smiling the minute you walk through the door. Ryan was our rep when we visited he met every need we asked for and was very well presented and nothing was to much hassle.”

“When i first arrived at the car store all staff were welcoming and helped me out to pick the correct car, Conner was our salesman and he was easy to work with and made the process very simple and smooth. There wasn't much of a problem with anything and he cleared anything that rose up with ease, made the experience of buying my first car easier and better than i could of expected.”

“A balance of time to look independently along with guidance and advice from Daniel led to a sale. When it came to collection of the car there was a bit of a wait however the store manager Alastair kept us updated and attended . The only part of the process that was a big disappointment was when it was time to collect our car which we had spent alot of time choosing and alot of money buying we found it covered in a thick layer of dust which was disgusting, when I pointed it out I was told that's because it goes into storage u til we collecting and they are always complaining about the colour of the cars after they come back out. The girl did attempt to wipe the car down with a damp cloth which seemed a bit pointless with the thickness of the dust covering the whole car. After excellent customer care from Daniel to secure a sale I was left disappointed by the after sales care.”
