“I went in to the Car store and was introduced to Kim Dorrins very helpful and worked with me until i received the car. Then contacted me to say he hopes i enjoy the future with the car. Also Andi Mcwhirter was very helpful and very good at explaining the final paperwork. Both a credit to your team”

“Lovely very modern carstore, offering free tea & coffee to all their customers, a nice touch, but the biggest recommendation goes to my sales person Ryan, who sold the car to me, very pleasant and very very helpful, such a lovely Sales person and asset to your company. I certainly will be recommending Ryan to my family & friends.5STAR+ to Ryan in selling my car to me.”

“Our Salesmen Alan McMillian was fantastic! Took his time and assured us with any questions we had. Craig Lamont also took time to answer any questions and deserves a praise for his efforts and communication for customer satisfaction. I cannot fault either Alan or Craig in any way whatsoever. My only crictism is the handover team failed to post documents when asked and when we purchased the 2 cars we were promised free gifts which never materialised (amazon fire sticks) I also handed a recommended letter off so that the person who gave me this, would receive £50, this also has not materialised as of yet but i have confidence that this will happen.”

“Jason was great from start to finish however I am waiting on someone calling me about issues I raised when I collected the car. I was told they would call on Monday and no one has calls”

“Just bought my 2nd car KIA RIO and the salesmen were very knowledgeable in the information on the car ,was given a test drive which is the first time I've been offered one , all in all my whole experience at peter VARDY was a pleasure thanks mainly to ZACK AND JOHN , will definitely be back”

“Had a great experience at Carstore with Ryan who went out of his way to help. All the staff were amazing and they even delivered my new car when I wasn't able to pick it up myself. Would definitely recommend Peter Vardy Carstore to anyone as their customer service was excellent. I'm just getting back into driving again after a long time and Ryan was so encouraging, really couldn't fault him or anyone who works there. I'll defo being going back there for my next car. Thanks so much guys. A big thanks to Ryan for being so patient.”

“Very well organised, got the impression that the sales assistant was listening and trying to help us find the car we wanted as opposed to any/expensive option. Had children with us so the additional facilities went down really well. The car pick up went really smoothly and was an enjoyable experience, so much so that I have told a few people already about the service and experience.”

“Soon as payments made your not important anymore. After sales, is non existent. Phoning is a waste of time more then 10 times I have heard "will get someone to phone you back" never have a had one, part from Damien to let me know car has been delivered. Told car would be ready to pick up get there cars still being prepped since nearly week and a half. Just done the seats when a got there. Who shampoos seats just before handing over a car shocking. And seat were NOT cleaned there shocking looking, but rather do it ma self then let then string me along some more and lie about stuff. But sales guy Damian was bril even came see us AND went and got the car off the workshop for us. So yes ad recommend him but not Peter vardy carstore. After being told it's brilliant ect, am really dissaponed. (Rating is purely on after and handover and communication) Damian from sales 5 star. After sales and handover 1 To 2 star.”
