“Slow puncture the day I picked up car. Car made noises and had to be returned next day. Had nothing but problems with car and staff are useless and not interested as they have the money. Would Never use or recommend you to anyone!!!”

“Matthew went above and beyond to get the from Dundee to Glasgow the same day even although I didn’t visit until the afternoon, nothing was to much trouble and the banter was first class. The coffee is always appreciated too!!”

“The customer service we received was excellent especially by Michael Payne who looked after my husband and I from start to finish and went the extra mile for us. He dealt with all our questions admirably and even delivered the new car to us on his day off! He obviously listened as he reacted to us in such a personal way and we would have no hesitation in going back to Michael as and when the time comes. The car was delivered in an exceptional condition and we would hope to be back in the future. Thank you everyone. Thank you Michael. Jacquie”

“Alex Eadie had not long gone through her training and was kind of new to the sales team . Her training paid off as she went over and beyond to help out in trying to find me a car to suit my financial needs . Along with this she always kept me updated as to how the finance was going as I had to submit tax returns etc for proof of earnings. I would definitely recommend a friend to Peter vardy due to the experience I had with Alex”

“Bought a Hyundai i40 car at a very good price. When I went to pick the car up, the car had a battery fault. The salesman, Brian McWilliams, made sure I got a loan car, which was insured by Peter Vardy, as I had given my loan car back. After the car was looked at by Hyundai, Brian called to explain it was a fuse that had been faulty, and the car was now running perfectly. Brian brought the car to my place of work, let me inspect and test drive the car, then he uplifted the loan car. Fantastic customer service by Brian and Peter Vardy.”
