“Very helpfull staff, great atmosphere in the store. Kids area is a great idea and staff werent at all pushy which i liked. Knowledgeable about cars and answered anything we asked. After finding a car they made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Kelly the sales person was more than helpful and has contacted me several times to make sure everything was ok ( even on her day off) slight delay with taking delivery of car but this was rectified and we are very happy.”

“Very happy with the customer service received when purchasing our car last Saturday from John Drummond , No easy task for him as we arrived shortly before the kick off of football game that my husband was desperate to watch!. Would definitely recommend John, and would definitely return and ask for him when purchasing another vehicle in the future, especially as there was no pushy sales pitch from him and he kept us informed at all times, he has even contacted after we collected the car to make sure we are happy. thanks again.”

“Everything was perfect! From the moment I entered the store I was warmly greeted with a coffee and smiles. I was shown how the cars where laid out and then was left to wander which was great as I hate going to get stores and having a sales person follow me around. After I found a car I wanted to view I spoke to Roger, who honestly couldn't have been more helpful!! He showed me all the cars that where available in that model to allow me to choose the best one. After deciding we spent a good while going through all the finance options how they work and getting the best deal for myself. After that Roger set up a test drive which sealed the deal. I can't thank Roger enough I never felt pressured at any point to buy & he was so helpful in every aspect. My handover was equally as impressive Laura dealt with this who was very smiley and bubbly and made an exciting event even better. She was lovely to talk to and was very patient and never made it feel like I was just in to sign paper work and leave she made me feel like the day was all about me. To top it all off as it was my birthday the team decided to get me a card and some gifts which was unbelievably kind!! I honestly can thank the team enough as everyone I met was lovely to speak to and always took time to chat and answer questions. Big thanks to Roger as he made the day very easy and Laura for an excellent handover. I will be recommending Peter Vardy to everyone I speak to!! Thanks.”

“Spoke to Gavin on the phone a few times from Edinburgh and he described in detail about Carstore's huge range of cars they had, and in our budget. So we went through and Gavin greeted us and made us feel very welcome without any sales pressure whilst picking our new car. The first time I have ever enjoyed car hunting.”
