“Jodie was great and really helpful throughout the whole sale. She was not there on the day I took delivery of the vehicle. I was given a vehicle with the wrong registration plate. The store being shut on Easter Sunday, meant I was stuck with a vehicle that I could not legally drive. As I was unwilling to risk an instant £1000 fine and MOT failure if I was checked by the police. I phoned and explained the situation at 0900 on mon morning and was told someone would phone me back at 10. This did not happen and I had to phone the store back again. I brought my vehicle into the store and after waiting for approx 50 mins the number plates were changed. At no stage in this process was there any compensation offered, for what is quite a severe mistake on the part of the dealership that put me at risk of a large fine.”
