“Very nice layout, loads of cars with easy access to all of them, offered tea and coffee as soon as I got in the door. Everyone was very friendly, especially sales rep Nathan who done all he could to ensure I left the store happy and informed.”

“Would like to say a massive thank you to Michael who helped me get a car within my budget and also listened to my requirements needed in the car.....love the Meriva Estate. Great car to drive. Thank you to Tony who helped with the final sale...she was very patient answering all my questions about the car before leaving the showroom xxx”

“Our customer service from start to finish was first class. We were met with salesman Neil McVicar who was courteous and let us walk round the showroom and was available when we had questions to ask. Neil went above and beyond to help us with everything and get us into our new car as soon as possible. From before and after sales care it was outstanding and any queries I had were answered quickly to put our minds at ease. Neil is a credit to the car sales profession and I can’t credit him enough. Also the admin staff and showroom staff who we dealt with were brilliant. Thanks again”

“We were served by Ryan at CarStore Hillington. I had previously used CarStore and had a very bad experience and was very wary of buying another car from CarStore. However, the service and experience I received from Ryan was excellent. We were not pressured in anyway to purchase the car even after we had taken the car on a test drive. Ryan and his manager tried their very best to reach a deal we were comfortable with. This experience has changed my opinion of peter vardy dealerships and would be very happy to use them going forward as the experience with Ryan was complete opposite to my first experience with the dealership. Where I felt I was pressured into a sale and then when I needed assistance after the sale with a fault in my car I was advised ‘that’s not my department you will have to call after sales I can’t help with that.’”

“We went to the CarStore with an idea of budget and everything was sorted out in a couple of days. We were assisted by Nathan, polite and helpful he showed us a couple of cars in our budget. We would recommend this store considering that everyone was professional and welcoming.”
