“Very slick and friendly set up. Salesman Bradley was genuine and down to earth. Got a fair market valuation for my trade in and the new car was available to collect the following day. I reckon this would be a good place for first time buyers also. Overall a great experience.”

“Great service. Connor Barr helped with advice on picking the right car and budget a set for finance always kept up to date with what was happening with finance and when car would be ready to collect this is the 4th car a have had from carstore Glasgow would highly recommend.”

“Only reason I am giving a 5 star is because of Darren in sales. He tried to make the experience as easy as possible even though there were issues along the way with parts ect. Once I finally received the car it was not cleaned properly and the stickers from the old registration were still visible. Darren picked the car up for me and got a full valet and the stickers removed and had it back with me within a couple of hours. I really appreciated all his help.”

“Brian mcwilliams was your colleague who made my recent car buying experience a pleasure and seemless process. I explained to Brian exactly what I was looking for and the budget I had in mind and he very quickly and easily found me a car which ticked all the boxes. His knowledge and professionalism was evident throughout and his thorough knowledge of the existing stock available made the buying experience simple to understand without any jargon. Brian went out his way to provide me with an excellent customer experience and he even delivered the car to my house personally. He is a real credit to your company and I would highly recommend friends and family to ask for him with any future purchase they are looking to make. Well done Brian and thanks again.”

“I purchased my car on the VIP weekend however it wasn’t in the store that day so I couldn’t collect it until 2 weeks later which was fine. When collecting my car I asked about the choice of free gift that was part of the promotion for the VIP event and was told I would need to speak to my salesperson who they would get to call me on Monday. I didn’t hear anything and called back on Thursday, I was again told that I would need to speak to my salesperson and they would have them call back ASAP. I have still not heard anything and will call to try to chase this up again tomorrow. It feels like this was an offer that was promoted to entice people in however once the deal is completed I feel that the people I have spoken to are trying to avoid delivering on this offer.”

“Do not trust these guys, I have had every phone call ignored regarding faults with my vehicle. Sale team inexperienced and after sales management are terrible. I am now waiting on authorisation to have my car fixed despite being in the garage twice. Faults may I add that should have been picked up on when the car was MOTd before I received it.”
