“Was welcomed by Michael McGuire, who was very helpful throughout whole process.. I'm very pleased with whole transaction, and would highly recommend.. Michael has since called asking how I'm getting on with car etc.. highly recommend the services given”

“Great service from Sean, the process was seamless - and the kids had a great time driving the electric cars! The only sour note was the car developed a noise from the rear wheel the very next day. I came in and was told they couldn't look at it that day, someone would call me to arrange possibly the Motherwell branch to look at it as it's closer to me. Still waiting on that call back! I went to the garage round the corner from me and the guy sorted it out for free. It was the plate behind the rear brake disc was bent out of shape and was rubbing.”

“I was stressed looking for a car and anxious about the process especially because I’m female. Staff took time to consider my needs and I felt that I wasn’t being pushed beyond my means. The process was made easy. My mobility is bad so having the computer to look at cars indoors, while seated really helped. Then having the car brought to me also reduced the worry for me. Connor was my salesman and he was extremely helpful, friendly without being smarmy and if I were returning to buy another car I would request his help.”

“Having already purchased a car from the Car Store I had high expectations but unfortunately we encountered some delays this time around when we were due to collect our new car. Our sales advisor Connor Barr went above and beyond to ensure this was delivered to us on another day and kept us in touch with updates.”

“We recently bought a used car from Peter Vardy a Ford C-Max our salesman’s name is Stuart Fraser he was fantastic from start to finish and very helpful with a few minor issues we had. We can’t recommend Stuart highly enough 5 star plus 😊. Our 10 year old daughter was week impressed with the free ice cream 😊”

“From start to finish I was very happy with the service I received and couldn’t be happy with my choice of car. I explained what I was looking for and Jodie found me the perfect car. The reception girls were lovely as well, even remembering me on the way out and congratulating me on my new car. I would definitely pop in if you are looking for a car.”

“Chris our salesman was fantastic. Very approachable and helpful and nothing was too much bother for him. The car itself however is a different story. Car pick up was booked for the Friday night. We noticed before we drove it away that there was a flat tyre and both front windscreen wiper rubber blades were hanging off...MOT failure straight away! MOT was allegedly done 4th March by Peter Vardy Hillington. We couldnt take car away that night as tyre and wipers had to be replaced. Picked car up next day. Drove it home and noticed that the TPMS sensor would not go off, car shuddering as soon as we hit 50mph, clutch making a whirring noise and the chips on the front hadn't been sorted. (Supposed to be sorted before we picked car up). Car went back in on the Tuesday for the work needing done. Picked it up on Thursday, tpms sensor sorted, wheel balancing had been done to stop shuddering. Chips still not sorted and having to book the car back in again in 4 weeks time to get clutch sorted!! This is our second car bought from Peter Vardy Hillington, no issues with first car but this time has been a nightmare and a total inconvenience as we need our car. We have certainly been put off buying again from here and we will not be recommending either.”

“I was paired with Christopher Mitchell. He was so helpful and explained everything to me, considering this was my first car. He went above and beyond. Then when picking my car up I met another member of staff Jamie. He was lovely too and he made sure I was happy with everything and understood everything in the car before leaving. These guys are the best and I thank them for their patience and understanding knowledge.”
