“Absolutely terrible car still sat in drive not in use fault after fault and not one person has decency to call back shocking service”

“Great service and so friendly! Love my car! its my first car and staff were really patient and helpful with me! Chris my salesman explained everything too me and let us test drive the car straightaway! Loved it and had to have it!! Loved the duck guys and made me feel really special on the day I picked my car up! Totally recommend!!”

“Fantastic Service. Seen our car online on the wednesday and collected on the Saturday. Jodie was fantastic and couldn't have been any more helpfull. Also great with our little girl, she got to play and have ice cream. Excellent customer service”

“Craig gemmel was my car salesmen and also took me for the test drive. Fantastic service from Craig , his knowledge of the car and its history was second to none. During the test drive Craig made sure I drove the car as long as I wanted to make sure that I knew what I was buying and more importantly that I was happy with the car. Only once I reassured him I was satisfied did we return to the dealership for the paperwork. He is a fantastic front man for the franchise and an excellent bloke. I would have no hesitations buying again from peter vardy, I would even request Craig again as my salesman.”

“The 5 star review is for Craig who sold me the car he didn’t try talk me into anything I didn’t want or anything over my budget he was really honest & kept me up to date as much as he could. Couldn’t fault him at all. So thanks Craig ... However I had a few issues along the way that disappointed me , online stated that the road tax would be £30 a year to find out it was actually £120 , the repair team told me my car was ready to test drive again and I made my way to the show room to be told that the car was actually at the body shop so wasted journey over there. On the day of collecting my car I was really excited as you would expect when you has just bought your first car to be to be left waiting for an hour after my app time which really killed the excitement of it all when the girl came over to me she didn’t as much as apologise for my wait and it was actually Craig who basically done everything from signing , handing out keys and taking final payment so not sure why I was left waiting so long when there was so many salesmen floating around the full time I sat there. So overall experience at Peter vardy wasn’t great but like I said Craig deserves the 5 star review & im pleased with my first car purchase.”
