“I had problems with my car within the two weeks of receiving it and if I could rate the service based purely on trying to speak to someone and get an answer one way or another then I wouldnt rate it well. However the staff in the store mark and Graham were fab and I can't fault them. Love the replacement I was found. Communication was great after the point of finally being told I could take something new.”

“Everything went very smoothly,from talking to the salesman Reece Cochran who helped us out greatly with his knowledge of the whole process.to picking another car and making sure it was what we needed.the clear way he explained the purchasing procedure all made for a very pleasant experiance”

“The staff in the store is very professional, helpful with positive attitude. The store itself is also very impressive. The only thing that bothered me a bit is the fact that I came to get the car for as low deposit as possible but finally had to pay 550 more than I expected. My question is, if it is just coincidence that the deposit raised up for almost the same price as were extra options for the car. The truth is that I did not need to accept those extra options but I was not really well that day and did not think straight, so I fallen for it hook. Sometimes I would like to feel that salesperson does not want to make an extra profit on us for all cost. But in general, I am happy with the service. I got what I wanted and that extra expense will dissolve in total price of the car anyway.”

“Michael Payne(Salesman) he was very friendly and listened to and understood exactly my requirements when it came to buying my next car. He went through the various options with regards to finance etc. He offered me the full list of additional insurance benefits and services available and was never pushy with me taking any of them. First time dealing with Peter Vardy and I will definitely be back when it’s time to change my car”

“Without question Chris Mitchell was the best car sales executive I have ever had dealings with. I was not spending a huge amount but was treated as if I was interested in the most expensive car available.
