“Bought a Mazda 6 from yourselves from you car showroom in hillington. Unfortunately the sd card for sat nav missing was told by Jodi that new one will be ordered and Brian McWilliams the salesman who sold the car will be in touch. He contacted me said would sort it out and will call me. He apologised and had the matter resolved quickly. Brian was very good and I will recommend him to my colleagues.”

“Very helpful people. Car more about finding you the right deal rather than 'shoving' a car down your throat. Ryan Porterfield was excellent, answered all questions I had. Overall was a very pleasant experience!”

“This is the 4th car I have bought from Peter Vardy. Dennis Burns was great assistance, really nice and helpful sales advisor. I would definitely recommend Dennis and give him 5 stars. Unfortunately, this time I have negative experience. I trade in my Mercedes Benz plate 15 for Mazda plate 64. The car was ready on Tuesdays 10 am, however, my happiness lasted for 5 mins approximately. Once I reached M8, the control lights started to appear one by one. I drove the car back to Hillington. Later that day I had a phone call that the car needs to be fixed etc etc. On Wednesday I heard that the car is not ready yet. No courtesy car available, too. On Thursday afternoon (today) I was told that the car can't be fixed in their garage and they are sending it to mazda garage. Well, I wonder why this car got 114 points (full house) on Tuesdays and how come even in house technicians can't fix it now! Because manager didn't reply to my calls, I decided to contact the head office. Luckily, after 2 hours I received a phone call confirming that my courtesy car will be ready tomorrow and I just wonder how this nightmare gonna ends. To finish this review, after 2 and half weeks my car was fixed and I received free service as apology.”

“If I was to ever buy a car again it will be from car store Glasgow and I will make sure I look for connor. Such a great salesman and such a lovely person and was truthful honest and just made me feel so comfortable.”

“Before my visit, I was contacted and explained how to get there. Once there all staff I came into contact were very helpful and friendly. I knew who I was meeting and the time. I couldn’t have had a better experience.”

“From entering the carstore the receptionist Alison and Louise were very friendly and made you feel welcomed,and first of all I was spoken too by Kelly who was excellent with every thing and followed through very well,then Iwas given an appointment with Kim who was also very good. when I went to collect my car as dealt with Leah who again was very good. I would honestly say that everyone I had contact with in the twice as was there was great so nice, friendly and respectful and being a Mature Lady???? WAS REALLY GREAT THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH JEANETTE”

“Made us feel welcome, took time to understand our needs and patience in helping us to find the right fit to our need. Our Sales Advisor John Black was outstanding in his customer service and care. He took time to build rapport with us and showed professionalism in his dealings with us whilst also being friendly and going out of his way to ensure we were confident and happy in our decision making and purchase. We had to visit the store afterwards to fill out some forms and the office team dealing with that were not great and left us sitting and waiting for ages. The Handover experience was okay but did not match the same level of experience that we had with our sales advisor. John did however connect with us at the handover and make sure we were happy and pleased. My return to Peter Vardy would be based on our sales advisor experience which was excellent. Other aspects of service were not as good but still better than previous experiences elsewhere.”

“I was extremely impressed and happy with my service from the car sales man Ryan potterfeild unfortunately after purchasing my car the hand over was horrendous and the car wasn’t up to standards. Still waiting to hear from a manger 2 weeks on. Couldn’t fault the sales guy though he does your company proud !”
