Initially all was well howeve when some issues were pointed out we have had no contact as promised. Have been waiting on a call for 3 days now.

There was a positive vibe as soon as we came near the store. All the workers, including the cafe servers were excellent at there specific role!

Great help from all round, the lad who sold me the car was fantastic couldn’t have had a better experience! The lady with the eye brows was also lovely even though it was her last week working there. Fantastic place and stress free.

From the moment i stepped through the door, to picking a car and the final process the staff especially Connor couldn't of done more if they tried. Highly recommend them. If your looking for a smooth journey this is the place to go

Lied to as regards condition of car on delivery. Tried to pass the car off as "repaired" when next to nothing had been done. Promised to repair paint work properly and deliver on agreed date. On agreed date no one know anything about the car and it was not ready but didn't tell us so that we drove 120 mile round trip for no reason. Finally took delivery of the car only to find later that the work had not been done - unfortunately it was raining on the day and this obscured the patched-up paint work. Very helpful and cooperative prior to sale but after you have the money we were treated shamefully. Lied to repeatedly, no one to take responsibility.

I am delighted with the service I was provided from the onset at Peter Vardy in Hillington. I was served by Kelly who made the process so easy and really went above and beyond to find me what I was looking for - I could not recommend her service enough and will definitely return to your store in the future.

We had only been to one other showroom before going to Peter Vardy and boy, what a difference. Visiting a car showroom is akin to us going to the dentist for root canal treatment, not so in PV. The spacious layout of the showroom, the ice cream style van with refreshments, kids play area, furry car, together with the relaxed atmosphere and professionalism of the staff made for a very pleasant experience. We have a lovely young man by the name of Chris Mitchell who attended to us and we couldn’t fault him, nothing was too much trouble and we did ask a lot questions. Well done for your patience young man.

Thanks to Connor,Russell,George and all the clever women at Vardy. We have a Focus from you which displays intermittently a warning light, but not today. It's really smart operation there with properly trained professional staff and a really good selling environment. If we have issues with the car in the next 3 months I hope you'll help us out. Thank you Connor for pretending not to be worried when I got on the M8 and messed with all the windows and thanks to Russell for saving us a trip to Webuyanycar.

I have had nothing but trouble from Peter Vardy since I bought the car at end of August. It has been in about 6 times for different issues. I don't know where to start with them as have sent 2 letters, 1 recorded in January, no reply. meant to pick car up and fail to tell me till later on that day that they can't do it. They never phone you back and feel the after sales service is diabolical. Once they sell the car to you they are not interested. The final straw was that they had the car in for 2 weeks there as water was getting in. They couldn't find anything, never kept me updated. I had to phone constantly. The final straw is got the car back to discover they had removed the parcel shelf and not put it back in car. I'm still waiting to hear the outcome and whether they are going to compensate me for all my trouble. I also consulted citizens advice and told them I was within my legal rights to get my money back within 6 months of having the car and they have dragged this problem out.

I would like to commend Calum Todd for his help during our recent car purchase, he went above and beyond to ensure that we got the car that we wanted. (He drove to Dundee to pick it up for us), the rest of the experience leaves a lot to be desired. I understand that a 4 year old car with 60k on the clock is going to have some wear and tear however I didn't expect it to have clearly visible stone chip marks, poorly repaired scratches and scuffs and a shoddy valet. We purchased the car on Friday, it is now Tuesday night and despite the promises we have had no contact to arrange for the car to be taken in for the above to be repaired.
