“All the staff I met were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, from Kelly and Graham on the sales team, Emma and Laura on the handover team and Yvonne in after sales. Kelly provided regular updates during the selection process, likewise Emma in the run up to collecting my car. A great team who were eager to provide high quality customer service, many thanks.”

“From start to finish the customer service was fantastic, I had the lovely Ryan assisting me in finding a new car, and as picky as I was! nothing was ever a bother to him, he made me and my family feel welcomed. We enjoyed the free coffee while Waiting which wasn't that long to be honest I've waited longer for a takeaway! Exceptional customer service and I would definitely recommend this car store to everyone. The aftercare has also been fantastic, ive got a small issue which im awaiting to be dealt with and the management team and ryan have been more than happy to help with x;)”

“From Ryan the salesman to Andi and the handover team the service I received was first class. They went that extra bit providing proseco and balloons and making the surprise for my daughter a day for her to remember. Thank you”

“The staff made me feel welcome soon as I walked into the showroom. My salesman Craig was very helpful l needed a car straight away and he sorted it out with no bother. He went over the car controls with me he made it so easy for me.”

“Great service went to Aberdeen to collect car and bring it more local for me. Car was immaculate when I went to collect it and every member of staff I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful, constantly keeping in touch with all the arrangement.”

“By far the Best car buying experience I've EVER had. Every member of staff was so welcoming and helpful. Great relaxed atmosphere really makes you feel at home. Our sales advisor Ryan was brilliant, helpful and friendly and made sure I got exactly the car I needed. I have vistited quite a few car showrooms whilst looking for my new car and found it can be quite awkward, pushy and overwhelming. Peter vardy carstore was the completely the opposite. I have already remommended to friends and I would definately come back again! Thank You Peter Vardy Team!!”
