The service from start to finish was excellent. Mark was superb from the moment we met and through to completion of the sale. Nothing was an issue. Everything was explained in detail and we were made to feel at ease throughout. I have never experienced a process that took so little time from the start to picking up my car in 5 hours. I will definitely be back at some point in the future and would recommend to anyone to pay Peter Vardy a visit

I have just bought a car from Chris Mitchell. Chris was super helpful. I had a list of things I wanted in a car and a budget and Chris went off to find me a few options. There was no pressure just a really nice guy trying to help Having decided on the car Chris worked hard to make my budget work He answered all my questions honestly The car was mot'd, serviced and taxed before I.picked it up And when the handover team was busy Chris arranged to do the handover himself so I didn't need to wait Chris has followed up with me twice to make sure I am happy with the car I am super happy with the car and with the service I received from. Chris. Chris is a genuinely nice guy willing to go the extra mile I would definitely buy from him again

Yes happy with the car but not happy with told a date to pick it up to be told 3 hours before car not ready but talk to the manager and he great and sorted it out over all exactly

Words can not explain the appalling experience I had with Peter Vardy. All the joy of buying a new car was ruined by false promises and extremely poor customer service.

When I looked around the showroom and there was nothing there that caught my eye the salesman ( Chris Mitchell) had a look on the computer to see if there was anything I liked in another branch ( sadly nothing), He then thought for a second and asked me if I fancied an automatic which in recent times have really improved from the jerky old automatics from my youth. He then went out the back of the dealership and brought into the showroom a beautiful ruby red Ford Focus Titanium X ( with even more extras) Leather seating, sunroof, Self Parking, It was kitted out like a Vignale. That was me hooked. Chris and his manager worked hard at getting me a deal that suited me and I now own that said vehicle, which I am over the moon with. I could not have asked for more from Chris he kept me informed at every step how things were proceeding until I picked up the car. Now I have had my car a couple of weeks and I find the after-sales care is very poor. A bit was to be ordered for my car and a date arranged for the car to go in for the work to be carried out and to check on a rattle I even got a text the previous day to remind me. I took the car along at the arranged time 0830, and was greeted by George who assured me everything would be sorted, after waiting for around 45 minutes. I was told by George the part was not in though he had checked out the rattle and apparently it's behind the dashboard. I also pointed out that a damaged alloy which was meant to be repaired was not repaired which George agreed with me about. He told me he would call me later that day ( Wed 26th Feb) with a new date for the work to be done, It is now Friday and I have heard nothing from them at all. So the after-sales is a let down as is the remedial side which is obviously covered by the warranty they give you. No one phones when they say they will. It has been suggested to me that they will spin this out till the warranty runs out (3 months used car). they can try that if they wish but anything reported within the warranty period is covered by law under that warranty. So would I use them again? on the plus side, I got a great car at a great price but then as I have just explained the downside. The jury is still out but losing faith fast.

Started off smooth but as the sale came to a close it became a hassle more than anything else and I was tempted to cancel the sale and walk away. I took a vehicle on a test drive during which the window wipers came off the car and I was ensured if I was continuing with the sale the matter would be dealt with and resolved. It was agreed with the salesman Darren that I would collect the car on Monday 10th feb however when I arrived there I was informed that the handover was not booked and in fact changes to my financial agreement were made without me being made aware or even asked. I was then required to sign another document for finance and had to be sent away to wait for money being released. Within a few hours I received a call to say my car was ready to be collected. When I arrived the second time there seemed to be a lot of commotion and staff dealing with myself were uninformed about the sale and the fact I had traded my previous car, it was clear there is a definite lack of communication between staff members. Knowledge about the car and talking me through how to work everything was extremely limited and I basically had to figure everything out on my own. Once I drove the car out of the garage I was driving no more than 20 minutes when the window wiper came off on the middle of the road while the rain was heavy. My vision was extremely poor and unsafe however I made my way back to peter Vardy (Hillington, where I purchased my vehicle) to report the issue. It was soon found out that the wipers were not changed nor fixed and were also the incorrect wipers for this car. I spoke with the manager Alex who was rude and patronising, he appeared to have absolutely no people manners and shocking customer service skills. The salesman Darren followed me through to the workshop where I watched them replaced the wipers with correct ones however he did mention that his only job is to sell cars making it clear he is not interested in customer care. The handover manager was great and very empathetic the only member of staff I felt encouraged to talk to. Overall the service has a lot of room for improvement and this will be my first and last vehicle from Peter Vardy

very good service by brian mcwilliams ... gave us advice on the cars we were looking at.... no problem for test drive ... worked with us to get the best deal that suited us ...got to pick the car up ther very next day .. very happy
