“Great service was the first thing I noticed when I arrived and no hard pressure sales person. Great selection of cars of many sizes and the free coffee on offer was an excellent bonus. I had the pleasure of meeting Michael McGuire here and I can only say that he is a true gentleman. Having a disability Michael made sure I was looked after in every way possible. Viewed a few cars and after much discussion I decided on the one I bought. A Jeep Cherokee. Michael ensured that the whole process went smoothly and efficiently and was very professional in doing so. He made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything in detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with. In my view there aren’t enough stars on here to award Michael but I would highly recommend him to anyone. As there’s no space for the stars I’ll add them here for Michael ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute gentleman and it was a pleasure to deal with you. “Not experienced Carstore before and was a bit wary of providing details before getting in Jodie was the salesperson assigned to me and she was great. Really helpful but not in your face Didn't have what I was initially looking for but Jodie suggested another version which I then purchased Straightforward and easy.. no experience yet of aftercare although Jodie responded quickly to an email”

“- I was advised I would get the car on Monday due to a family emergency, waited until Wednesday for the car - Found keys to another vehicle squished under the bonnet when I got the car, returned the keys and employees didn’t care about damage - Asked for a test drive and never got one - Traded in my car and was promised an instant bank transfer on Wednesday, I’m still waiting on the money - I was uninformed on the car and was sold it without navigation features - Car came out the garage with scuffed rims, paint chips and chips in the interior design - Contact with Craig Dick, the salesman has been very poor and I have had unsatisfying customer service”

“Brian made the experience enjoyable which is different to past experience's with other large dealerships. He was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a car to suit my needs. Being in sales I went in with a budget of what I would want to spend and spent a little more, when he up sold the different car specification to me which I commend. I would most definitely use you again in the future everyone we came across were so helpful. Thank you Laura Martin”

“There was a good choice of cars all under one roof, varying in age and price. The salesman explained the layout of the building, and how it was split up into different areas for different types of car. We were left alone to browse, but the salesman was always available in case we had questions.”

“We felt very welcomed and right away we were offered tea, coffee or an ice cream. Ryan our sales rep was very pleasant and enthusiastic about his job. He helped to put at ease and showed us several cars that were just what we were looking for. He explained about the finance options. We bought a lovely car which we are enjoying driving and are really pleased we came to Peter Vardy”
