“I was nervous about coming in.. excited because I’d just passed my test and was keen on getting a car asap but not having a clue how to go about it. I made an enquire online and I was contacted back the following day and invited up for a chat; Chris took care of me and I’m very thankful for his patience with all my questions! Initially saw a wee car but unfortunately it was already sold, Chris pulled through and brought out my car - lovely sporty white Corsa and I fell in love as soon as I sat in it. What a car for my first car! I appreciate Chris’s patience and transparency about the situation with my finance and keeping me updated along the way. He put my mind at ease a lot. Even when I’ve come in to pick up the car, I can’t remember the girls name but she was so lovely and welcoming and made it a proper celebration.. I was absolutely cheesered driving it away! Customer service is absolutely spot on.. good interactions and attentiveness - I’ll happily come back and speak about my next car in a few years!”

“Couldn’t fault Christopher Boyd however for a car that’s just had a mot my back windscreen wiper non existent and the side light has a fault as it’s showed up on my dashboard”

“I found the car I was interested in online and it was shown to be at another branch. After going into the Hillington branch and paying a deposit for the car to be brought over for a test drive it took 10 days to arrive. I had next to no contact from the salesman and had to call up myself to find out what the delay was. I feel the service and the store could’ve been much better as nothing seemed straightforward. Once I received the car everything was in good condition as expected, just disappointed with the customer service.”

“Felt we were well looked after but not hustled. We were introduced to one sales person, in our case Kim, who took time to explain everything to us Very efficiently. He also left us on our own for a time to look over the car we were interested in which was much appreciated. Very happy with the overall experience.”
