“store, choice and pricing good. But too much hanging around and some dubious excuses when collecting the car, simple collection took more than 2 hours!”

“The overall experience from beginning to end at Peter Vardy was unsatisfactory. I have gave 2 stars due to the car being fantastic and the first salesperson who dealt with our enquiry. Our car sale was rushed to the point of the car needing to leave the garage rather than all the previous finance completed in which we were consulted 3 days after signing the agreement with no communication. As a result of this The previous vehicles finance company continued to take payments for the previous vehicles as the finance had not been settled with Peter Vardy due to poor communication to whom was the registered keeper of the car. On several occasions we were treated with lack of customer care and respect. As a returning customer to peter Vardy whom we have had no issues and had a pleasurable experience in the past this will be the last time we purchase from the company.”

“Very poor from all services in this company ,I bought a car on the 27/9/19 the sale guy told me the car would probably be ready on the 28/9/19 I went and collected the car at 12pm on the 28/9/19 I drive to braehead and on the way back the brakes seized up .I took the car back to peter vardy ,after more than 2 hours waiting i was given a courtesy car because they have no idea going on with my car, the courtesy car was needing a good hoover and the petrol was on the red ,Got phone call on the Saturday to say I would get the car either Monday or Wednesday at the latest ,yet still no car, spoke with a manager he says the car has been sent back to the Vauxhall garage and the technicians are working on it, 8 days later I’m still no further forward, they still have no idea what’s going on, The lack of empathy from anyone ave dealt with has been shocking, they couldn’t care less about the whole situation I’m constantly being thrown from pillar to post, the quality of service isn’t what I’d expect from a company of this size, giving a car to someone that clearly wasn’t fit to be on the road and could have potential caused an accident or worse, on this experience I wouldn’t recommended peter vardy at all”

“Jamie was extremely friendly and helpful and found the perfect car for our needs. There was an issue with the previous finance on the car which delayed my pick up by an hour but the managers and evaluators worked together and in the end my payments ended up reduced and my finance sorted with another company!! Amazing service! Thanks guys!”

“I was met by Lisa Maguire who was very polite cheerful informative and not at all over pushy. She answered all my questions and took m me for two test drives. She was very pleasant to deal with and a friendly face who made me feel at ease. She is a real asset to Peter Vardy”

“Very friendly relaxed atmosphere was given time to look at cars without being pestered. Ryan Porterfield dealt with us he was very helpful friendly efficient &informative He helped us make the right decision on the car we bought (as we were torn between 2) first class service felt extremely satisfied and delighted with our new car. This is the first time we have bought from Peter Vardy Hillington and based on our experience and service we received it won’t be the last would highly recommend”
