“Sales staff very friendly and not too pushy. Did find the warehouse excessively noisy to think straightly though, considering the gravity of the transaction I was intending to make. Hugh went out of his way to ensure that I knew of any options available for finance and of additional services that could be purchased if I wanted them.”

“When I first went to the store everyone was friendly and keen to help . Showroom itself is amAzing. Robbie the sales man who served me was absolutely amazing could no fault him at all and if anyone were to ask me I would ensure they went to Robbie to purchase a car. However the communication after sales was dreadful I was due to pick my car up on the Wednesday at 4 and got a call at 2 to say I couldn't get it for part reasons. Then from that day on I had to keep phoning tonget an update on the car nobody was calling me to let me know what was happening! Deeply deeply annoyed by this considering how much money I had just spent!! Unfortunately Robbie was on holiday otherwise I knew for certain he would have contacted me! I needed up being out of pocket and was just an Inconvenience”

“The after care is terrible, I have been waiting weeks for my second key every time I call up about it ( about 7 times) no one knows anything about it and it's not on the system. I am finding the staff very unhelpful!”

“When I arrived at the car store I was meet at reception and given a name badge then I was introduced to a car sales man his name was Craig Dick.Craig made my whole experience of purchasing a car really good I told him what I was looking for and he got me exactly what I was looking for at the right price with no hard sell Craig made me feel like I was in control of this purchase. Thank you Craig for your time great customer service. When it was time to pick up my car there was a problem but the girls at Peter Vardy couldn't do enough within 20 mins I was advised that I could pick up a courtesy car until my car was ready to pick up again thank you.”

“Felt very welcome at peter vardy car store. The customer service was really excellent and the staff would do anything in there power to help you as much as possible. Would highly recommend the store to friends and family. I would to add a special thanks to Robbie blakemore for everything he did to help me push through with the deal.”

“From walking through the door on my first visit I was made very welcome. I was offered a few additional choices to the car I had travelled to see and after some negotiation I purchased a better car which I was able to collect 4 days later. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable and all the staff I dealt with acted in a very professional manner throughout. I felt valued from start to finish”

“Waited 8 days to receive my car because the sales rep "Jamie" kept telling a load of lies saying it wasn't ready and the finance company weren't paying them, and I phoned the finance company to discover that he was with holding a signed invoice from them because he had his quotas to meet. When I did finally collect my car the tyre monitor sensor was damaged and they had removed the sun strip from the windscreen that was on it. Overall terrible experience with these con-artists!”

“I'm really happy with my car, I got a good deal with nice extras. Lisa done her best to make sure I was satisfied. The process of picking my car to driving it home was only 4 days! Happy customer :)”
