“Salesman was very helpfull and polite. I think I made the mistake of paying in full in advance as when I picked up my vehicle I was a bit dissapointed that I had to valet it myself! Also dissapointed it seemed to be exempt from the Peter Vardy used car promise regarding dents and scratches as viewed from two metres! I have since valeted it myself and polished scratches and am now very pleased with my car.”

“Couldn’t fault my experience. Sales advisor Christopher went above and beyond to find a car suitable for my needs and price range. I was put off by other stores feeling pressured in to buying but had a totally different experience when I visited Hillington car store. I would recommend.”

“Test drove the car on wednesday, Picked up my car on Friday, there was no issue at all, all paper work was completed and car was ready on Friday at the time given, all the staff were excellent and looked after me while making my decision and got me in budget target”

“Arranged to see and test drive 2 cars, drove 1.5 hrs to have one car on a ramp and one off site so couldnt see or drive any. Test drove the same make and model which was very dirty inside and had 7 miles so could not test it properly. Ended up purchasing the car on the ramp due to the price of it being what I wanted. When I got the car the windscreen was scratched, scratches were still on the car, the wheel badges were missing, there was no foam kit etc. The manager and workshop manager we spoke to on the phone and when the car went back to get fixed was very helpful and made sure the car was how it should of been when I went to pick it up.”

“Fantastic place. To start the entire store is covered. Which is brilliant when you think Scotland. In terms of sales, Darren went all the extra miles to make sure he was attending me perfectly. “Jodie, sales advisor, had 10/10 customer service 5* no doubt. Aftercare was decent, although there was a bit of confusion and some missing communication with the aftersales team and the parts department which resulted in a wasted trip down to Glasgow to try to sort out a key that didn't have a battery in it.”

“First time purchasing a car from Peter Vardy Carstore Hillington. Whole process was very straightforward from start to finish. The Sales person Darren was very approachable and helpful. My Juke was delivered from Dundee quickly on the date advised. Darren also went out his way to provide me with an owners car manual. When I went to view and collect the car there were a couple of marks on the bodywork however the handover girl took it back to the guys behind the scene and they managed to work their magic. Great teamwork!”
