“All the staff were so welcoming from start to finish but Chris helped me when I was choosing a car - no pressure at all but plenty of info so felt like I was making a well informed choice. Would recommend to anyone!”

“I had a terrible experience with Peter Vardy Dundee and although it was not Glasgow’s responsibility, they took care of me and made sure that I would be a returning customer to Glasgow!”

“Our sales advisor Michael Payne was great. Such a lovely guy. However the valuation manager who was working on the evening of 04/10/19 was rude, arrogant and condescending. He said in a cocky way that the Glasgow store sells 400 cars a month so he didn’t mind if we walked away. He subsequently told us he would be losing money if he sold the new car to us. It was myself how was purchasing the new car but he would not talk to me, only to my husband. He also told us he used to work for Arnold Clark so we should go there! During this time, Michael looked so uncomfortable because of the why this manager was acting. We would’ve bought our new car on 04/10 but we walked out because of his attitude. Michael phoned us the next day and we came back to buy my new car. When we picked up the new car the girl handing the car over us was miserable. Such a shame as Michael was fantastic! We both wish him well for his upcoming wedding!”

“You don't do what you say you'll do. We agreed you'd take dents out of the car before purchase and this didn't happen. I ask for email contact and you call me. You agree to organise a courtesy car for me and one isn't available on the agreed date. You call me again after reiterating that my preference is for email. It's this lack of attention to detail that's a problem.”

“I was given plenty of time to make my mind up, I was unsure what I wanted when I went in, I must of looked at most cars in the showroom, our sales person jamie was great, he had plenty of patience with us and at no point did I feel pressured into making my mind up, I had plenty of time to walk around the showroom. when I finally decided on the nissan I liked, i enjoyed my test drive and the whole buying of the car seemed easy with trading In my old car and purchasing my new finance agreement. all the sales team were lovely including the manager. I will most likely use them again in a few years to upgrade my vehicle.”

“My work made this transaction frustrating. Firstly we had to make several attempts at viewing appointments then when taking delivery, because of a unique set of circumstances there was a delay and that took some hours. Reece, my contact agent was brilliant and patient throughout however and despite delays, (which were created by my work situation and not the car store) the delivery process was still great. I was constantly updated and when things came together I didn’t feel rushed by either Reece or the car store despite taking up most of the afternoon.”
