“All staff were very welcoming and gave you space and time to stroll around without pressure. My 3 year old was well catered for and loved the play area and free ice cream. A great selection of cars on show. We had an excellent sales person kelly who had the patience of a saint and was so friendly. Her customer service was second to none. I would highly recomend you ask for her when shopling here. Kelly ensured that all aspects of purchasing and collection of the car ran smoothly and even the aftercare we have recieve has been amazing. One very happy family and customers, will definetly return!”

“Salesman was very helpful and gave time and space to allow me to look at vehicles without any hard sale or pressure. My only complaint is that you need to be realistic and honest with the customer regarding the date of delivery of the car. I finally collected my car 15 days after the estimated date of delivery with numerous phone calls to chase this up. THis is why I can only put acceptable for the service although this does not in anyway reflect the service given by the sales advisor”

“A repair that had been done was not done correctly resulting in the paint peeling off.when I informed PV i was told that the earliest it could be fixed was 3 weeks time”
