“I have bought a lovely car despite a loose connection to tail light bulbs causing a warning light to come on when I first switched lights on. I have now identified the offending bulbs. I spent over two hours waiting to pick up my car as I was not told I had to bring something in writing with settlement figure for finance. I had been told by salesman he had got it from Renault Finance when I agreed the purchase. Had I been told to get this I would not have had such a delay.”

“Nice car happy with service. Was not happy that I had to travel in to sign finance documents and couldn't do it online. Only had car less than a week but so far I'm pleased with it. Sat nav needs fixed.”

“At first when we came to car store everything was spot on until the actual sale of the car it was as if we have customer money now it doesn't matter. That was 110% the case until Michael took over and assisted in all the failed promises that Roger gave my husband and I. Michael you are a credit to yourself and Peter Vardy. Staff like you really should be recognised more than them with the largest sales because your service has been outstanding. Thank you for all your help and guidance over the last week.”

“Great experience buying our car, the way the cars are all set out is a touch of class, it was great for the kids, coffees and ice cream was also a nice touch. Will highly recommend Peter Vardy to friends and family. Lisa who sold us the car was great too, 5 stars all round.”

“Excellent communication with Chris Doak throughout and included an overnight stay as I was travelling from Plymouth to pick up the car. The support staff who dealt with the sale were also excellent and the whole experience from start to finish was flawless. I would highly recommend the Car Store for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle in the future.”

“The showroom is very clean and inviting. The staff at the reception are warm and friendly. My wife and I had a leisurely walk around the showroom and did not feel any sales pressure from the team. We liked the look of a little car and it was immediately available for a test drive. We were offered tea and coffee as well as drinks for the children. Our salesman Chris Doak took good care of us and we ordered the car. Car uplifted as planned and I was even collected from the local train station to the showroom so I could drive the car home and surprise my daughter. I have noticed one issue when driving home and emailed the Mr Doak who called me the next working day to have the matter resolved. This far service has been excellent.”
