THIS IS MY SECOND CART AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH BOTH OF THEM. THIS NEW MODEL IS OUTSTANDING. FROM SET-UP TO USING IT ON THE COURSE IT HAS BEEN EASY. TYLER IS ALWAYS READY TO HELP AND ALWAYS HAS TIME TO TALK. IT IS REFRESHING TO TALK TO SOMEONE THAT WANTS TO MAKE HIS PRODUCT THE BEST. IN THE PAST HE HAS SENT ME PARTS AND HELPED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. GREAT PRODUCT AND GREAT SUPPORT.... THANKS

I bought a used Cart Tek product from a third party that needs work. Cart Tek has helped me trouble shoot my project same as they would had I bought it from them.

I think it’s outrageous to charge $36 for a remote holder + another $12 for a plastic bolt to secure it when the original remote control design was flawed!! A tiny magnet to hold the remote is rediculous …… it’s the reason myself & others purchased the holder which should be $3 !!!!

The motors on my GRi-1500LiV2 seemed to have lost some zip, I called and the technician was excellent and said the brushes may be dirty (cart has about 400 rounds on it). I asked it cleaning them was something I could do, he said if I sent them in they would rebuild them for only parts & shipping. I was blown away. That is great customer service. Removing the motors is only 2 screws, I sent them in and as promised was charged $20 parts & shipping. I can't overstate how good the customer service is from Cart Tek and how they stand behind there product.

Lost my belt clip (remote control) on the golf course, got on the Cart Tek website and ordered another clip. Item arrived in less than a week.

Directions were poor- a dr, lawyer, engineer had difficulty following your directions. You have a great product- but the installation manual needs some help. The video moves so fast- once you’ve put it together/ it seems simple- but with no prior knowledge of the installation- very difficult.

Cart Tek has been very good to me and my friend's. The service has been great. Recently purchased a couple of items which I had alittle flau. MY Stainless Steel Scorecard plastic cover broke so I ordered a new one from Cart Tek. Apparently there are multiple different Stainless Steel holders and I received a cover which is longer than my old one. This forced me to make an adjustment to the mounting of the original holder. I left a voice mail with Cart Tek indicating the issue since I couldn't speak with a live agent. No big deal.
