“The motors on my GRi-1500LiV2 seemed to have lost some zip, I called and the technician was excellent and said the brushes may be dirty (cart has about 400 rounds on it). I asked it cleaning them was something I could do, he said if I sent them in they would rebuild them for only parts & shipping. I was blown away. That is great customer service. Removing the motors is only 2 screws, I sent them in and as promised was charged $20 parts & shipping. I can't overstate how good the customer service is from Cart Tek and how they stand behind there product.”

“Directions were poor- a dr, lawyer, engineer had difficulty following your directions. You have a great product- but the installation manual needs some help. The video moves so fast- once you’ve put it together/ it seems simple- but with no prior knowledge of the installation- very difficult.”
