“New battery arrived at my doorstep the next day! Excellent customer service over the phone. My 975 trolley is ready for many more years of service walking the golf course. An electric cart is the 15th club in your bag that every avid walking golfer should own.”

“It took over a week for the battery to arrive via their "free" shipping. FedEx never delivered it to my house, it was put in my neighbor' mailbox - a $300 item.”

“Called re reprogramming my remote, Tyler was very helpful a walked me thru the steps, I thought I was pressing the two programming buttons correctly but apparently they need to do 100% in sync, so after that everything worked fine!”

“Tyler was very patient & kind with my dilemma. I received the necessary item, & then discovered it was my remote. I thought I had changed the batteries & placed new ones...I DIDN'T!!!! ;+( Anyway, Tyler was awesome, THANK YOU for having such a great customer care associate on staff!!!”

“Excellent product works as advertised. Since I purchased my remote controlled cart at least 2 others at my golf course have purchased the same cart. Our course is very hilly the addition of a manual parking brake would be great addition.”

“This is my second cart. When I had problems with my first cart, Mark was very helpful. I have used my remote control cart 4 times. I would warn people not to "butt dial" the cart because mine took off across the course while I was in the clubhouse. It takes a little getting used to, but I would strongly recommend them. I am 80 and it allows me to continue walking.”

“Had (3) recent repair issues. Two were resolved with great service and advice. I still have an outstanding with the remote acting inconsistently. The advice to resolve this has not been effective so far. 5 stars on the first two issues. No rating yet on the remote issue. I highly recommend car tek to my friends because of the quality of the products and the exceptional after-sales service.”

“The staff are experts at figuring out a solution to any situation or problem I encounter. The only dis’s appointment I’ve experienced is that I’ve had to purchase a new left motor, battery, snd remote after 4 years. Admittedly I golf a lot and am pleased to be able to walk the local courses I play and the cost hasn’t been prohibitive, it is a little more expensive than I had hoped.”

“hundreds of rounds since we purchased the GRi-975LTD's in the spring of 2020. They are practical, reliable and the craftsmanship is excellent. Living on a mountain course, they are powerful enough to give a little tug going up and help slow on the downhill. The only maintenance so far was a speed dial on one cart, and a power switch on the other, easily done with the tools provided.”

“I purchased a replacement battery charger for my 1500. I works perfectly. I had additional questions regarding my cart and Tyler provided me great information with regards to a “wonky” remote and a wobbling wheel. Thanks Tyler!”
