I've been having a small problem with my cart Tek and have had impeccable service from Tyler in Cart Tek Sales. Very efficient and fast response to my questions. Very clear information and tips on how to solve it. It seems it just needs a small part to fix it. It is a really good experience to find Good Customer Service these days when the norm is to hang on for Voicemail or communicate with a BOT. Thank you.

Going on 3 months with my new 1500V3 cart and wanted to give an update on how great this cart is. I still own the 1500V2 which is in great shape but the V3 with the new features and so quiet and love the new battery charging cable and battery cable. Such a great cart and I give it 5 STARS and I also give Tyler who is great to deal with and talk to he also gets 5 STARS. If you are in the market for a new cart you can't go wrong with this cart and I highly recommend it. I play 3 to 4 times a week so this cart pays for itself when cart fees are $18.00 to ride. If you have a problem Tyler and Carttek are there so I highly recommend them.

Had bad front wheel. Ordered new wheel and axel. Apparently I ordered the wrong one but Mark Mullen caught it, called me and fixed the mistake. Cart is working and tracking fine. The cart is almost 2 years old, I play 6 days a week on average. Using the original battery. It makes walking a pleasure

This is my 2nd Cart Tek and the first one I bought in 2016 and still working fine. I wanted an upgraded cart and have used it a few times and love it already with the remote and lighter frame. I know many other friends that also have their cart and they are very satisfied too. Highly recommend this cart!

There are two things that I look for in a company: good products and good customer service. I found both in Cart Tek. I have a GRX-950 which is quite old and has been with me in many miles of good and bad walks. I had very few problems with it, but when it started veering to the right when going uphill, I contacted Cart Tek Customer Service. Thank you, Tyler, for your excellent support.

Cart Tek service is second to none. I have had several minor issues with my Cart Tek equipment over the past several years, all of which were promptly addressed and solved. The Cart Tex staff is great to deal with and very fair and responsive. I can recommend this company without reservation.

Cart Tek service is outstanding. They were able to help me in Florida (from the home base in Oregon, using FaceTime diagnose the problem and sent the needed replacement part that arrived in three days. Their YouTube videoes made the process doable for an amateur (me).

Really have been enjoying my new cart. It's easy to use, and makes walking the course a lot easier. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in getting a remote controlled cart.

I've been using the Cart Tek 1500Li for ~3.5 years and for the most part, it has performed flawlessly. Easy to program (but not needed unless you want to fine-tune the speed/options) and easy to use. Lightweight (enough) that I can lift it in/out of my vehicle. My only improvement suggestion - I wish there were a place to store the remote while walking behind the cart. My cart model has a magnetic holder on the end of a handle but it's not strong enough to handle the cart motion (so the remote will fall off if jostled).

After owning a cart for over 10 years, and using it multiple times per week in the warm seasons, the button control at the tip of the handle stopped working. I received the replacement part very quickly and installed it myself following the online video instructions. And the cost of the replacement part was very reasonable.
