“The Cart Tek is a sturdy unit that withstands the bumps and bangs encountered on unpaved cart paths. However, I have yet to find a golf bag that will remain in place on the unit during play. Even Cart Tek's own waterproof bag finds a way to creep up off the bottom rack of the trolley becoming unsecured. They provide a robust tool kit with the purchase to make adjustments to the cart, but I am still unable to keep a golf bag seated securely.”

Hi Eva, I'm sorry that you're having difficulty securing the bags to the carts. I'm sure there is a simple way to fix this issues. Normally it's as simple as tightening the screws, or adjusting how you're securing the bag to the cart. Please e-mail us a photo of your setup and we can give suggestions on how to best correct the issue.

“After several accidents (all my fault) resulting in damage to my Trolley, Tyler patiently exchanged several emails with me to determine precisely which part I had ruined. I ordered the part he recommended and upon arrival, found a video on Catr Tek's website that showed me how to remove the old part & install the new one. I followed it and managed to make a successful replacement. Given that I'm a 76-yr old guy with no mechanical aptitude, this was nothing sort of amazing. I've played 2 rounds with the replaced part and all is well. Cart Tek continues to provide out standing service.”

“This car makes playing golf so much easier but I’m having trouble keeping it going straight it keeps going to the left other than this, I like it a lot . Wish they had a hotline that you could call and walk me through how to get it to stop going to the left.”

“Cart Tek Service Technician Tyler was very helpful with solving a problem with my 1500 V2 Caddy. He was able to diagnose the turning problem accurately and guided me with removing and returning the left electric motor for servicing.......could not be happier with the professionalism, technical expertise and customer service of your staff.”
