“After several accidents (all my fault) resulting in damage to my Trolley, Tyler patiently exchanged several emails with me to determine precisely which part I had ruined. I ordered the part he recommended and upon arrival, found a video on Catr Tek's website that showed me how to remove the old part & install the new one. I followed it and managed to make a successful replacement. Given that I'm a 76-yr old guy with no mechanical aptitude, this was nothing sort of amazing. I've played 2 rounds with the replaced part and all is well. Cart Tek continues to provide out standing service.”

“Cart Tek Service Technician Tyler was very helpful with solving a problem with my 1500 V2 Caddy. He was able to diagnose the turning problem accurately and guided me with removing and returning the left electric motor for servicing.......could not be happier with the professionalism, technical expertise and customer service of your staff.”

“We have not had weather conducive to golfing lately, but did receive my cart on time as promised, in perfect condition out of the box and easy to assemble! Have been using it inside my house to get acquainted with the controls...everything works just fine. Cannot wait to get it to the course!!”

“I've had my cart tek GRI-1500Li V2 for 3 plus years and have had no issues.... at 78 years old it keeps me walking and still have a 10 handicap... just purchased the battery monitor and Caddie cooler.”

“After 9 years my push cart is still working very well. I recently ordered a replacement tread for the front wheel which arrived in just a couple of days and was easy to install. Cart Tek's customer service is always excellent.”

“I'm very pleased with my Cart Tek 1500 V3. I purchased my first Cart Tek seven years ago, and it was providing excellent service up to the point in which I ran it into a lake. The 1500 V3 improves greatly on the earlier version. And I like dealing with the company itself--the staff is very responsive and helpful and I like supporting a small business.”

“I received the Yellowstone as a Christmas gift. It came as stated and was pretty simple to assemble, although there were no instructions for adding the accessories. Since I live in the Midwest, I won't be able to try it out until the weather warms up some. Can't wait to get it on the course and try it with the remote. This will be replacing my push cart and will allow me to keep walking 18 holes!”

“We, (my wife and I); have been customers of Carttek for over 10 years. We received good customer support from our first electric golf carts and decided to go for another purchase. We realized that Carttek was a family ran business who appeared to take pride in their products and customer support was key if they wanted to keep us satisfied. We sometimes got upset, only if a part had became unavailable but on the long haul. We enjoyed doing business with this company”

“this is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Three of our foursome all bought new GCI 1200s two years ago. None of us had have had any problems other than me not charging my battery correctly. Cart Tek technical support was able to walk me through what I was doing wrong. Plenty of YouTube videos for correct procedures now. Awesome response times when I ordered accessories. Usually received my orders in two days!!”
