“Ordered a 3rd front tread and received it within 3 days from coast to coast! This will be the third tread for my cart. I wish they would last longer. I get around 96 rounds of golf/year on grass before having to replace it.”

“The cart is great, the service is extraordinary and the people are wonderful. After several years of extensive use, my cart developed an issue with proper turning so I called the service number and spoke with Mark. He diagnosed the issue in short order, had the part delivered in two days and provided me with instructions to do the replacement. Took twenty minutes and the cart is back to normal. Couldn't ask for better assistance and service.”

The technical support is amazing at solving simple or more complicated problems with the performance of any of their products. “I was disappointed with that no instructions and no tool came with my order of a new remote and receiver. I had to go to two different hardware stores to find a tool that would fit in the receiver to get the screw out and it still would not budge. I had to grind down the receiver to get at the screw. I decided to try and figure out how to install the receiver on my own. The new receiver has 3 clips but my existing receiver has just two and the 3rd doesn't appear to be a clip but rather something wrapped in a sealent and electrical tape. Anyway I think that I may have ruined it and won't be able to use it at all.”
