“I love my Cart Tek. I have already used it about 20 times from 9-18 multiple times. I do have a couple complaints but nothing major. First, I dropped the remote once and it stopped working (my fault for dropping it). I did not have a screwdriver with me to put the batteries back into the channel but once I got home I pulled the screw out reset the batteries and everything was fine. I keep a little screw driver in my bag now. Second, My Umbrella holder snapped at the base after the first use. My course is pretty bumpy so maybe that was the issue but it shouldn't snap. That is why I did 4-5 stars.”

“I received it as a birthday gift, and had to take it out and use it two days after receiving it. It was 35 degrees out when I teed off and everything worked perfectly! It warmed up to 60 degrees a few hours later and I noticed no change in performance. It climbed every hill with ease, and the parking break kept the cart in place on most of the sever slopes, but there was one where I had to turn the cart to keep it in place. The online videos and reviews were helpful, especially with regards to the four pre-programmed speeds. Just a quality product! I am so grateful to own one of these because I prefer to walk when I play, but pushing a cart in my 70's is not getting any easier, and this is just perfect for me!”

“The carts and product support at CART TEK are first rate. I say this having personal experience with four of their carts, purchased over an 8 year interval. The first two lasted many hundreds of rounds over about 6 years. The few issues I had were quickly resolved. I recommend them without reservation.”

“Love the trolley! Love the remote and accessories! BUT, the owner’s manual is written assuming that you already own a trolley and just need some bare minimal instruction. The manual need a HUGE rewrite to help you understand how to operate the trolley out of the box.”

“I'll give it a 4 star now only because I haven't used the cart yet. It arrived a day or two later than originally scheduled which wasn't much of a big deal. It wasn't difficult to assemble but honestly I found a Youtube video online that was much easier to follow than the written instructions provided. So that would be my only complaint/suggestion is that you provide a link to a professionally done step by step video for assembly and operation. After I assembled the cart I couldn't get it to work until I watched the video I found.”

“I have had the GRi-1500 for the last couple of years and I have not had a single issue with it. I have just about every accessory on it. I have the Cooler, Caddie Pak, Umbrella holder, and scorecard holder, as well as the sand bottle and new remote holder. I will say that the new remote holder is great. I never used the one that comes on the cart handle. I could rarely get it to fit into the little magnetic clip on the first try. Dropping the remote into dead grass seems to attract tons of grass clippings with the static created by the rubber cover. It works great and is extremely capable of going at least 27 holes, even with all of my extra weight.”
