No instructions sent with item. Can’t tell what type of fastener to use to attach item to cart.

I think it’s outrageous to charge $36 for a remote holder + another $12 for a plastic bolt to secure it when the original remote control design was flawed!! A tiny magnet to hold the remote is rediculous …… it’s the reason myself & others purchased the holder which should be $3 !!!!

Disappointing to say the least. The cart (GRi 1500 Li V2) which I purchased on July 4th of this year has had issues from the beginning with a pin that popped out on my right wheel, a broken cooler bag and now a broken seat bracket (see pictures). The right wheel (gear assembly) is already making noises like it is about to wear out which I will have to replace that as well sooner rather than later. Needless to say, the accessories have not lived up to the standards that I have grown accustomed to with CartTek Golf Carts. The cart tips over easily on hills and small inclinations so be aware of that as well. This is my second cart after almost 13 years of use with my other one. I have already purchased another Cooler Bag accessory, but am hesitant to purchase another seat bracket because it didn't even last two months and I can only imagine how much it will cost me. I play golf 2-3 times a week so I am using it all the time. I cannot recommend this cart.

It took over a week for the battery to arrive via their "free" shipping. FedEx never delivered it to my house, it was put in my neighbor' mailbox - a $300 item.

It took a couple of phone calls to the service department before I got a response. I had to cart 3 years and had to replace the motor twice.

Hi Diana, We received two different voicemails from you while we were troubleshooting your recent issue. The first voicemail we called you back but could not leave a voicemail as the mailbox was full. The second voicemail we returned and got you on the phone. I'm sorry that you experienced the issue with the motor.

I have to stress how annoyed I am with the purchase I've made. Both for my replacement part and the cart in general. I was charged full price for a motor on the cart that the axle got bent due to the cart tipping over. Hit something odd, not going fast and tipped over. It's quite disappointing that I'm charged $232 to replace something that goes on a cart that should be driven by remote control and should not have to be babied. Furthermore, I was explicit in my description of what happened and was sent a replacement motor, which I then had to proceed to splice wires because I was not sent a motor with different connection fittings. I purchased my cart in February as a point of reference, issue happened in July

The umbrella holder is extremely weak. It breaks very often!!!
