Really can not say much good about my experience with your company or the lemon cart I purchased other than I liked the design of the cart. By the way San Jose cc allows walking and the number of electri c carts grows weekly. The cart from Cost Co has the business. Played today and still fight with the motor rebuilt.

The Cart Tek is a sturdy unit that withstands the bumps and bangs encountered on unpaved cart paths. However, I have yet to find a golf bag that will remain in place on the unit during play. Even Cart Tek's own waterproof bag finds a way to creep up off the bottom rack of the trolley becoming unsecured. They provide a robust tool kit with the purchase to make adjustments to the cart, but I am still unable to keep a golf bag seated securely.

Hi Eva, I'm sorry that you're having difficulty securing the bags to the carts. I'm sure there is a simple way to fix this issues. Normally it's as simple as tightening the screws, or adjusting how you're securing the bag to the cart. Please e-mail us a photo of your setup and we can give suggestions on how to best correct the issue.

This car makes playing golf so much easier but I’m having trouble keeping it going straight it keeps going to the left other than this, I like it a lot . Wish they had a hotline that you could call and walk me through how to get it to stop going to the left.

First I want to say that I really like the cart! When working properly it's great. I had the older model that required a cable to join the cart to the hand control. The hand control stopped working less than a year after purchase. With the help of Cart tek service department, I got it working again! Again this year the controller stopped working but the tricks that got it working again last time didn't work this time. I was forced to purchase a control upgrade for $169 so I could use my $1300.00 caddy. I have to say that paying to fix something that should have worked properly in the first place bothered me! I wish Cart tek would relook at their policy because I probably wouldn't buy another one under those policies!

I was happy with the quick response to replace my scorecard holder that had snapped off. However, I am concerned that both the scorecard holder and the umbrella holder, (which snapped off about a month earlier, and had to be replaced), are of dubious quality. And considering you sent me the exact same pieces, I'm concerned the inferior products won't hold up. Which leads to a hassle for you and a definate hassle for me.

I have had several issues with my cart. I have replaced the dial, the on/off switch and now the receiver. Tech support is very slow to respond, if they respond at all. There has to be a better way to support your customers. I sent several emails to the support email listed on your website but it took weeks to receive a response. My cart is not even 3 years old, and I don't use it that much. I like my Cart Tek cart but something has to be done about your customer support.

Im hoping I can change my review as CT is trying to be helpful. I have two 1500i LI carts, two years old. Both quit working at once. I have now called service and bought new switches $40 each cart, new batteries, $400 each, and now waiting for motherboards $199 each. I think I should have thrown them away and bought a better brand. Cart Tek asked me to update my review. I am happy to do so. I now have both carts working. They needed new receivers. We found this out after replacing everything else first. Why both failed at once I don’t know. Why Cart Tek suggested new batteries switches and motherboards before suggesting the receiver I don’t know. They did offer to take back and refund all parts I bought (-25% restocking fee). I declined due to the fact I did not want to pull the new parts and did not keep the old, except the batteries. Note: I did send the old batteries in and they certified them “good” and returned them. They work for about six holes so perhaps I did need new batteries after two years. I revised my rating from poor to acceptable based on the fact everyone I spoke with did their best to help.

it was hard to get through on the phone. Left a message and got one call back, I couldn't get to it in time, waited a few hours and no call. Called back and finally got someone on the phone, placed my order and it was delivered on time.

Cart is light so it's easy to transport. A little difficult to turn without a swivel front tire.

I am a dissatisfied customer. My recently bought Car Tek golf cart shot down within two months of purchase. I was actually playing a round of golf and was caught in a shower of rain after 9 holes and the cart stopped working. I reported my dilemma and send photos of the Receiver and the motherboard of the motor controller which were found to be affected by the rain. The response suggested that the Receiver had evidence of being damaged by water. I tried relentlessly to have the parts replaced but without success. Because I need the cart to be operational I ordered and paid for the parts from the company. on receipt I will have the cart repaired

I ordered a front wheel for my cart, which I purchased in 2018. The wheel sent was twice the size of the one I needed. I have to send it back, which is going to cost me money. I was not told to send it back C.O.D. You are supposed to send me the correct wheel soon, within the next week.

I was disappointed with that no instructions and no tool came with my order of a new remote and receiver. I had to go to two different hardware stores to find a tool that would fit in the receiver to get the screw out and it still would not budge. I had to grind down the receiver to get at the screw. I decided to try and figure out how to install the receiver on my own. The new receiver has 3 clips but my existing receiver has just two and the 3rd doesn't appear to be a clip but rather something wrapped in a sealent and electrical tape. Anyway I think that I may have ruined it and won't be able to use it at all.

I have had a carttek cart for years now and have always enjoyed their great customer service. I was pretty shocked when I had a part break on my cart and called them and received very poor customer service. A lot of my friends at the club I belong to have also had good customer service from carttek and were surprised to hear about the poor service I received. I had always recommended carttek to my golf buddies but I think they have grown a little too big. Its too bad but I think I will be buying a new cart from another company if my current cart keeps breaking

We just moved to Arkansas and I'm really trying to recommend this product but we try the new model my last cart was the Yellowstone and the battery connections fused together when it shorted out and I've yet to hear anything from the company
