“Car Tek was extremely helpful on helping me in my Cart. They tried helping over the phone and eventually sent me a shipping box to enable me to sent the cart back to them for repairs. It was only gone from one week and returned with all repairs completed.”

“Technicians are Awesome. They respond in a timely manner, and are very helpful and on too of it!! Thank You! Too bad I cannot get a new remote control for my Cart Tek gri1200R.. The one I returned was not compatible for my cart. I hope you can get one that works in the near future...”

“Everything I expected and more! The 1500 V3 arrive 6 days after I ordered, I called direct and spoke to Dave, who was amazing! Easy to unpack and assemble took only a few minutes to set in remote mode and 'play' with the cart in the yard at 11:00 pm. Used it the following day without issues. At 64, I walked 18 two consecutive days for the first time in 25 years! I absolutely love this!”

“Always helpful- I ordered 2 items on this purchase ( battery and tie down strap) - package arrived with only the battery though I had been charged for both and the packing slip indicated the strap was shipped. I contacted Cart TEK and they have shipped the strap - awaiting its arrival”

“When my remote stopped working, Cart Tek knew what the problem was and repaired the remote for me at a fraction of the price of a new one. They care about their customers. I like that. When I need a new cart I’ll get another Cart Tek.”

“I have the Yellowstone model with the addition of remote control . Love it! Handles any hills on the courses I play. Battery usage on 18 holes is probably 2/3 of the charge. Advertise it’s good for 27 holes so seems accurate . Highly recommend!!”
